Love going here, don’t mind doing the long lines and waits. But it is very unfortunate to have to wait an hr in line to then walk in and have a rude budtender take care of you. Kiona G was my budtender and she was extremely rude and unprofessional and should be taught a lesson in customer service before being put out there again.

Everytime I come here the bud tenders are amazing! They either find me a deal or recommend new items for me to try, very knowledgeable, and always have great attitudes. Been coming here since I first got my card in 2019 and I’ve stayed loyal to them. Keep being great

They have very great customers service. The flower is top notch. And the wait isn’t long compared to other dispensary’s.

My first experience was phenomenal with Shadae. I hope I spelled it right. She was so informative and right on beat with my needs. 2nd experience was with Julian "Jewels" and he topped the service off. By far my favorite dispensary out of all the states we've been in. The best deals around, fast and attentive service and best of all I always leave with a smile.

I’m honestly done shopping at this dispensary. Not only have they let me down and disappointed me with service, false advertising, and the post payment deal breakdown. This flyer was handed to me by a worker and I was told that these deals apply for online/delivery & in store 11/24.11/26 I ordered the deal for the day, (45$ abundant 8th, and grape soda wax) $80+ total that did not include free delivery as stated in terms for delivery. I had to show my delivery driver the flyer to see that I only was rewarded one part of the deal which was a free sample of another wax. No free eighth, no other products guaranteed to come along with deal. Just to be given an apology and told the deal is for instore only, and that the free eighth is in store only, no other merchandise that was offered for first 100 and I have to purchase a natures eighth first.
My problem is I’m tired of different workers saying different things and acting as if patients can’t read, made to seem as if I pulled this flyer out of thin air; or flyers or deals being offered with no intentions to honor if they are in store only and not provided information on the advertising. Workers having different explanations but still taking my money for medicine that always test lower than 15% and I constantly shop here asking for the highest testing strain/product. I can’t do business with this dispo anymore. And I know it doesn’t matter, but I can’t rock with the lack of clarity or shifts of explanation to deals. Work on your marketing and communication.

I visited this place today and got the best service I have had in this state, I believe it was Ben that helped me, I highly recommend this place Ben was amazing and very informative.

The flower is ok when you find a good one, but the prerolls are just so freaking terrible, they are just hard and unsmokeable I got an infused preroll covered in kief that was packed in September and hard as a rock. I tried smoking it but it so little smoke went through, at the end I had to distroy it to smoke it another way. Every preroll I've gotten I've had to repack or smoke out of a bowl.

Very convenient location, easy on n off freeway access, parking lot appears small but doesn't effect the efficiency of great service to the influx of customers, Melissa gave me 1 on 1 customer service, & can answer all questions, make suggestions to best suit your needs & provide u continuing education on products, & was done professionally & friendly.very satisfied with the small amount of time it took to accomplish so much for a 1st time new patient, Imoressive, and price competitive, getting it directly from the grower saves u money!

I would give this place a 0 if I could, first off when my wife and I went there we got to the door and they wouldn’t accept my wife’s ID because it wasn’t horizontal (she has a license from Wisconsin, they don’t need them horizontal) the girl didn’t even try to scan it. Second I went back because they offered the 40% my entire order (not for the ID thing) so I got some flower wax and a cart, the flower and cart were great! But the live resin wax (hifi and sweet cheese) were terrible! They literally tasted like feet, it was disgusting. Then I called their number to see about trading it out for a different one and the girl said that they wouldn’t trade them out because I opened and tried the product? ! That’s the most backwards and underhanded, I was promised good product for the money I spent, that didn’t happen. Instead I got budder and crumble that taste like feet and smelt horrible. The girl that helped me tried saying my piece or device were dirty or too hot but I have a brand new wax bong and a new coil in my nectar collector so I don’t think it’s either of those. So in the end I wasted 1.50 hours and $50.

When I say HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Can you please explain the purpose of your preorder line? There is no way that patient’s or customers who placed an order online, waited an hour for a text to say their order is ready, get to the facility and have to wait another 30-45mins, that’s RIDICULOUS! You shouldn’t have a preorder line if you’re going to OPERATE it like the REGULAR WALK UP LINES! I’M GOING BACK TO SOL Dispensary, they NEVER DISAPPOINT!

Nature's Medicine has been delivering to me for well over a year now. I am never disappointed when I place an order. The staff is very polite from when I order to delivery. Thanks, guys, for being such awesome people!

This place is awesome! The waits long bit the deals are great! I waited about 30 minutes to just get Inside but it was worth it. 10/10 recommend, the glass specials are awesome

Order got canceled because of the delivery person because he was scared feeling some type of way then yall shouldnt had send him out didmt even get the vard stamped signed all the money spent with yall its not oir fault the del3 person was nervous

To be honest, am disappointed to the max, I am a weekly medical patient here and today I went in and got half gram cart just to see the b.s. I get. I guess it's my fault for not looking better.

I went in last week for the 1st time and I walked away one happy girl! I used my 40% off and my budtender was Amazing! I FORGOT HIS NAME (sorry) AND LOST MY RECEIPT! But he was at station #8 right before a shift change. He knew his stuff and helped me use my discount they best way possible. I will definitely be back

Great selection! Great people! Medical patient delivery is what I choose to use now. Always awesome deals. I don't go anywhere else anymore. You just can't beat the prices here.

Worst dispensary i step foot in, they refused to sell to me because my ID is Invalid they insulted me to my face saying my florida id is fake, i look a lil on the muslim side not sure if that had to do with it.ive been to California and Oregon never had a problem as a florida resident buying bud
