Neighborhood Veterinary Clinic, Mesa AZ

I’ve been coming to Neighborhood Vet for about 2 years now since the last great clinic closed down. This place was recommended by them. I’ve been her a few times with my kitties to be cared for. This time, my cat Mittens needed a dental cleaning and it turned out to be extensive which I expected. My girl is an oldie but goodie. I was glad Crystal, lead tech was here as I already knew her from the previous clinic. She is super! Very knowledgeable and so kind, loving and compassionate. You will be so fortunate to have her take care of your pet. The rest of the staff is professional yet kind and caring. They are quite helpful in answering your questions too. Dr. Ault was the surgeon who worked on Mittens. She is very skilled and explains everything that is happening with your pet before, during and after completing her surgery. She is so nice and an excellent doctor! I trust her whole-heartedly! I’ve checked out different clinics over the decades and you and your furry friends will receive the very best care here, sincerely.

Dr. Fonza was so great and informative with my concerns for my dog Takoda. He listened and didn't push any unnecessary medications or procedures. Fantastic, Super Cool Doc! The staff is amazing, Sophia listened to my situation and got me in asap, was so nice and extremely helpful. Michelle did such an Amazing job with Takoda, she was able to trim his nails (which he hates) and was so kind and caring with him. I am truly grateful! You guys are Rock Stars! Thank you so much! 10 stars!

We recently had to put our dear old dog down, and the staff here was SO kind, so patient, and so professional and compassionate. Wow. I have zero complaints. I was even able to get a same day appointment, which was amazing.

We LOVE this clinic. Nothing but great things to say about Dr. Fonza and the entire staff. They’ve always been welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Fonza takes the time to address any questions or concerns we have and we’ve never felt rushed or brushed off like we’ve experienced with other vets in the past. Appointments are usually easy to get and very timely. And the few times we’ve needed urgent visits have been accommodated. We’ve moved a significant distance away from the clinic now, but refuse to take our dogs anywhere else. Dr. Fonza and his team are worth the extra drive time.

I NVC! I bring my dog and health-challenged old cat. The team is happy, supportive, and compassionate and the facility is super clean. It’s quick and thorough service and best of all they give you cost options before treatment or sale of medications. I’ve been coming here for about 2 years and I refer all my friends to them.

Wow! This place is amazing. Hannah was so sweet and helpful to talk to on the phone and Dr. Fonda was the absolute best. He may have saved our Rhodesian Ridgeback an unnecessary surgery and not to mention us spending thousands of dollars that the emergency vet was saying we needed. He explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions. They have definitely earned a new client for life.

Hannah is AMAZING. I always feel at home at this clinic and the staff always go above and beyond to not only make sure that my fur baby is taken care of but Hannah always goes above and beyond to make sure that I’m comfortable and okay as well no matter the circumstance of my visit!

We recently brought our brand new puppy in for a checkup and vaccines. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming and all loved on our sweet girl. The staff answered our questions as new puppy parents! I highly recommend coming here for all your pets needs, the staff will ensure you are taken care of!

Very nice and clean facility. Staff was very friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend.

Had an emergency with my pup having a nose bleed and rushed him over. I was seen right away and the doctor was knowledgeable on what to do. Staff was friendly and I felt their empathy the entire time. The visit cost is a bit on the pricey side, but the experience subsides that.

Been going here since it was Aashnee and actually even before Dr Kyle took that place over truthfully. Still mostly deal with Dr Kyle but the other Dr's I have dealt with are also A+. I refuse to trust anyone else with my pups life or well being and while no one is a miracle worker Dr Kyle is as close as it gets!

A family member of mine had taken all of their dogs here so when I moved to the neighborhood across the street, they recommended coming here. My pup is a year old now and loves coming to the vet. The staff is all very nice and knows how to take care of rambunctious puppies. In my opinion, everything is fairly priced, between regular visits, spay, vaccinations, etc. We did have an incident with a sock and they took care of my pup in no time.

My senior cat was having a severe dental issue, and they were very understanding and accommodating with his surgery - we ended up being able to completely resolve it within our limited budget, and they were very helpful and non-judgmental about it.he's been doing so much better since the moment he got back

Dr. Fonza and his staff provide good care for our dogs. We recently had an emergency and the care and quick response was just what we needed.

Wonderful staff and service. I'm so grateful they are open for walk ins on Saturdays! We became parents unexpectedly to 2 orphan kitties and needed to make sure they were doing okay. Everyone was nice and helpful. Hercules likes everybody there and he wasn't feeling very good when he visited but now he's back out running with the big dogs!

Everybody is so kind and patient. Pet with multiple health problems thoroughly investigated. Referred other friends here! Love all the techs and Dr Ault was amazing!

The doctor was very personable and takes the time to talk with you and explain things the staff are knowledgeable as well for our first vet visit it was awesome will definitely come here for now on.
