This review is for the associate, Hope, who assisted me today.

I came into Neiman today trying to return an item with the original packaging as well as the receipt. When walking in, I was approached by an associate in the women's shoe section. I informed the associate of my concern in wanting to return an item that was passed the return date, after being informed by customer service that this can be done since the item was brand new. The associate immediately asked me who I spoke with proceeding to then say I needed to find the person I spoke with to help me return my item because they are based on commission. I informed her that I was not sure who helped me over the phone, and she repeated herself telling me I would needed to find who I spoke with to further assist me.

I said thank you and walked away calling the number on the receipt to contact a manager. I was told I would receive a call back due to the agent unable to transfer me to a store manager.

I walked around the store waiting for the phone call when I approached Hope and asked for her assistance. I let her know my situation in wanting to return an item and she provided me with two options. If she could return the item, she would and if unable to, she will contact me with a department that helps customers sell their designer items, which I never knew was a thing after shopping here all these years.

She was able to return the shoes for me placing the funds on a gift card as I did not have the original payment method. I asked her to send me her link to shop online so I can make sure she gets the commission for assisting me.

I wanted this review to be public because not only was she very professional in assisting me, she provided me options instead of pushing me away.

Thank you again Hope as I was able to add additional things to my sons Christmas. I hope you exceed in your career of choice!

The assistant at Neimans Marcus was very rude during the whole experience. She was insinuating that I was broke and could not afford the fragrances in the store, so instead of assisting me she told me I should leave and go look at the cheaper fragrances as Dillards. How rude is that!

Danielle provided incredible customer service to both my friend and I who were searching for a niche fragrance. She patiently guided us through the selection process and she was thoroughly knowledgeable about the details of the brand. I would highly recommend Danielle to anyone seeking proper accommodation when seeking a summer fragrance.

I brought my mom here to get a specific pair of designer shoes. The man working in the shoe department was unfriendly to say the least. He went to check to see if he had the shoes came back said no and they didn’t have any of that designer in that size to try. We left with nothing but thinking how rude he was and had the thought he assumed we were not going to purchase them so why bother helping us.
We went to Jimmy Choo and the service there was exceptional and got the exact shoe that met what she was looking for.
Won’t ever shop at this location when I’m spending money the least you could do is be kind.

Consumer Beware**** Save your coin and a lot of hassle/stress Neimans customer service is worse than the Dollar Tree. Long story short- then review photos to get detailed idea of what transpired.

I purchased a Balmain bag last year and used it once when I went to the beach and the zipper pull fell off. I was advised to take it to the store to be repaired.they took over 4 months and my bag is not repaired properly.
I finally get the bag and the pull is not the same and the pull came right off again. A mens manager begged me yo give them.other shot and I'm still not satisfied.

Chill, mens section small but packed in pretty good, as is tradition in the luxury shops. Floor guy was friendly and stylish.

Don't bother calling the store in scottsdale you will be put on hold for 25 min. I guess they don't want to do business. Done with Neimans

The Best Sales Associate I encountered was Tim P.he is professional, pateint, and memorable. I will definitely go back to Neiman Marcus and purchase more items from my new SA, Mr. Parkinson.

Fabulous world class store. Employees are knowledgeable; courteous, patient and cheerfull. They are gracious. They anticipate the customer's questions. They welcome one and all. FYI: they have the very best ladies' rooms!

It smells really pleasant here, even better than most luxury resorts in Las Vegas, I'm very impressed. The merchandise selections are always pleasant as well, they do spend a lot of efforts to make sure the shopping experience is relaxing, therefore you'll always want to return.

Very nice store, however some associates may be snotty with you. I asked a sales lady if they ever put the True religion jeans on sale, and she replied that the store never runs sales. I came back a week later and the jeans were discounted. I asked the sales lady what the deal was, and she replied that they were on special? Same thing!

Went with my gf to the jewelry counter at the front of the store. Asked if they carried size two rings for the lady’s pinky. The lady behind the counter responded, “No. The smallest we might have is a 3 from David Yurman. Maybe you should buy her a milkshake instead. ”

Very rude. Who thinks jokes about weight are OK?

Not coming back here. Purchased Chanel $500 sunglasses, lady that help me that day was nice, but after leaving the mall I realized the glasses handles were super crooked. For sunglasses at this price FROM CHANEL. There shouldn’t be any issues. So the day after I returned and another woman helped me, she didn’t even provide her name, I kindly asked if my sunglasses could be fixed. She right away in a rude manner responded “No! We don’t do repairs here” I explained I had just bought them and they were like this. She again said “Go to Lens Crafters, ask them” I didn’t purchase them am lens crafters. Well I really loved those sunglasses and dint have any luck finding them else where so I tried taking them elsewhere to fix. Woman said “if they can’t fix, then I’ll give you back your money” again, very rudely. Didn’t even offer to help me find another portion (not very good business for any store) bottom line she acted as if I was begging for something and she was the owner of the store. Super uncomfortable. Luckily Sunglass Hut did an amazing job fixing glasses FOR FREE. Next time I’ll just go straight else where for purchasing anything.

Great customer service from Rumi. I was looking for a specific fragrance for my birthday but it was out of stock, so she gave me a sample size of the fragrance so I could use it until mine was delivered. She also made a suggestion to layer the fragrance with another and it smelled amazing! Very helpful, thoughtful, and knowledgeable.

Mr. Andrew provided great service and I really appreciate the safety precautions taken at this NM location. They take appointments currently to visit the store for crowd control, therefore, I felt safe visiting this location.
