Nekter Juice Bar, Surprise AZ

Nekter is always A+! Everytime I order online, my order is always ready for pick up when I arrive. But the one thing that stands out to me versus some competitors (nothing is quite like Nekter) is the customer service you receive once you set foot in the door. The Nekter team always acknowledges you and ensures you are taken care of. Even if they had just been in the back, they promptly come out and immediately greet anyone that had walked in the door. If you are waiting for your online order and sit down, they call your name before putting it in the freezer. This is opposite of an experience I had at Jamba Juice earlier this week. I regretted not driving a little further to the nearest Nekter. Thank you for bringing us healthy and tasty smoothies with a smile!

My first ever Nekter juice - Recovery - was deLICious. Big. Filling. Made me happy.

Second time - Pb choc? - My smoothie could have DEFinitely been more sweet.
I went home and ate some chocolate ice cream.

Absolutely love the 1 day Juice Cleanse. I would do it more frequently if not for the price. But well worth the splurge when you can

Staff is very friendly, always greated with a smile. With the two locations in Surprise I prefer Prasada location. Products consistently perfect, sight and taste.

I like the options of the healthy drinks they have. Good flavors and enough options. The shots are small and they are not that strong flavors as I was expecting. They have Turmeric and Ginger shots.

Drinks are not that cheap but they are worth it.

Nekter does not disappoint. The PBJ bowl was beautifully presented and tasted amazing! My newest addiction

Service is good. The employees are nice and helpful in recommending things.
On the counter, they have sign that says to scan a qr code and sign up for rewards, but when you try and use the rewards, it doesn't work. It was my understanding that the manager Tim opted out of accepting rewards. It is a little upsetting because this is the only nekter by my house.

Never coming here again… it’s so sad cause I used to love coming here but the atmosphere is so different now and not as friendly. Janet I believe she said her name was was rude to me and my son and all the food in their fridge is expired. They just take the stickers off and it’s bad and they leave it in there for us to buy… Nekter has gone so downhill since they opened won’t be coming back

I order an online Pb bowl and when it got to my house I notice BEFORE I even opened the said bowl i notice that it had little to no - zero peanut butter in the bowl. Then I go in to see if i could get it fixed i was meet with so much attitude is honestly disgusting and revolting, i was highly advise Janet to meet and treat customers better, to make the problem even worse, as i was leaving i over heard the "head" manager or store owner Tim talk to Janet about the problem and proceeds to belittle her in front of the main lobby so unprofessional and left a bad taste in my mouth for the necter brand. Me and my friends and family will not be returning to necter, Thank you Tim and Janet

Smoothies & bowls are good but employees are always rude to us I don't know why, I thought it was just them hating their job but when I see other people order they are nice to them, I hate to say this but I feel like they are racist towards me & my wife, they are super nice to white people tho, very unfortunate

Excellent as always. And Ann is a delight. She is what customer service should look like. Bowls and smoothies are top notch. Keep up the good work
