Nekter Juice Bar, Chandler AZ

Rude service and a mandatory tip is an instant no from me.
Basic quality juice and smoothie.

Just wanted to say that every time I've come here, I've always had a great experience. Today, I had placed a pick up order for a small juice and upon arriving, I noticed they were busy and running a little behind. No biggie. As a thanks to my patience, the gal working the front had my juice double upgraded. Cheers! So cool!

This morning I walked in, and there was no one in sight. I was in the lobby for a long five minutes saying “hello hello anybody there? ” And a few minutes later 2 employees came to the front. They did apologize and made a good juice. I just didn’t know what they were doing back there. Picture of no employees behind counter.

Ordered twice and both times my order was wrong. 1st time forgot banana and dates in AB health nut and were what seemed like rocks blended. Didn't finish smoothie and hurt my tooth. 2nd time gave me small when I ordered medium, and no dates again in AB health nut. Ist time picked up 2nd time friend picked up. What the heck are these employees smoking? Will not be going back to that Nektar by Chamdler mall.

I'm always satisfied with the service at this location. I've been to a few different locations and this location offers the best service and product. As always, I will be returning. Acai Banana Berry bowl is my favorite.

It was a wonderful experience. Very swift pickup and friendly service! Highly recommend Nekter to all of my friends, family and acquaintances, and also go download the app, to keep the goodies coming!
Quick side note, ask them to please blend the smoothies a little bit longer. I’ve received big banana chunks in mine at the bottom, no matter which one I get.

Great staff! Will be back to try some smoothies. Got a detox drink, wasn't a fan but oh well! Also got popcorn and it was amazing!

The only good thing on their menu is the peanut butter bowl IMO. But I'm also picky. So who knows.

It was really nice to be able to take time out of my day and enjoy something cold AND healthy during the heat of the afternoon… we wanted something to cool us down, and placed a mobile order. I was really impressed by the vegan ice cream scoops offered, and took full advantage of ordering one for our 4 1/2 yo who LOVED it! The vibe was chill as soon as we walked in, and I even picked up an extra bottled lemonade. Our order didn’t take long at all; we’d arrived slightly before it was done. I absolutley LOVE their pink flamingo.it’s my favorite drink, and I always add a banana and blueberries to it. My husband kept commenting how sick the jams were, and there were zero issues with our mobile order, so all in all it was such an awesome experience today, thanks!

There is a guy that works the morning shift on the weekends who always knows my order when I come in to pick it up. I don't have to give my name. He just knows who I am. I don't know his name but I sure do want him to know how much I appreciate that. Thank you!

This location consistently messes up simple orders. They will substitute ingredients without asking or remove them altogether. I’ve ordered a peanut butter bowl in the past, and they blended the mixture with blueberries only. No strawberries were added and they did not ask me if I was okay with the substitute prior to making. They didn’t even acknowledge it until I asked.

Most recently, today in fact, I ordered a PB Chocolate Protein smoothie. I did not request any substitutions; it was ordered as advertised but I received a PB smoothie, no chocolate. When I picked it up, again, there was no acknowledgement for this mess up. I do not recommend this location.

They didn’t get my simple order right and when I called for help they had an additude don’t go to this location I ordered a pb n j bowl n they didn’t even add the pb

My family and I have been fans of Nekter for years but this specific location by the Chandler Mall is our favorite. The staff is always on the ball and super friendly. They clearly value customer satisfaction and we appreciate it greatly. Also the bowls they make are outstanding. Thanks guys!

Ordered my smoothie via the app and it was ready before I arrived! The two guys working when I arrived were super friendly and my smoothie was perfect!

I love how friendly the staff is and I’m there regularly where they have my order ready when I walk in. Love this place!
