Nekter Juice Bar, Scottsdale AZ

Do yourself a favor and find another Nekter if you want a decent Acai bowl. The order was not ready at the time it showed on the app. 2 of the bowls were completely melted even after the delay. The order was missing an entire ginger shot. I would not recommend this location as the bowls were more like melted smoothies and not very presentable. I will always make sure to visit another location moving forward no matter the added distance.

Staff was a little rude and very slow. They were under staffed too. Only 2 guys working with online orders coming in and people waiting inside. I don’t blame them for being annoyed. Would like to add that my bowl wasn’t as full as they usually are at other nekters

Great experience as a first time customer to Nekter. I was on vacation in Arizona. I wish there were locations in Bellingham, WA so I can go back!

Normally I would have all good things to say about this Nektar because I come here often. In the past though I have had issues with online ordering and not being ready on time. I ordered today for asap pickup and got there about 4 minutes before it was supposed to be ready. They hadn’t even started my order yet and there was only two other people who had already ordered. I find this is starting to become normal. I waited almost 40 minutes from placing my order before I was able to pick up my bowls. Also would think it would be smart to add a note box on the online orders so you can put in allergens. I know you can’t prevent cross contamination all the time but still makes people with allergies feel like it’s safer than just hoping for the best. Staff was nice enough, but it shouldn’t take more than a half hour to make a smoothie bowl.

Great experience every time I go. I’m hooked on the bowls they offer, and they are made perfect every visit!

Rude staff, and they didn’t even fill my juice to the top, and when asked they explained that is how it’s done here. Rude. Disappointing

Updated. I visited today feb 16th 2023 at 630. This may be my last time coming here. They did a horrible job and my shake was thin and had no flavor. Fix it or I will drop my 5 stars to zero

I've been to other Nekter locations and this one was the best! Staff offered recommendations, and ingredients were fresh-nothing was skimpy. At this location, I got enough agave syrup to make it thru an entire bowl Restroom was as clean as the rest of the store, and I was in and back on the go within five minutes. Yay!

Peanut Butter Health Nut. Enough said. Mic drop! $12 for a large and that's WAY TOO EXPENSIVE but they are delicious
