Nespresso, Scottsdale AZ

Horrible customer service. The Scottsdale store associates do not know how to use their POS system. They charged me twice for the machine I bought and do not know how to do the return. People check your receipt before you leave the store

I have had 2 Nespresso Machines in 3.5 years. Both of them have broken. Nespresso doesn’t want to fix the machine or replace it. The coffee is great but a machine should really last more than 2 years. I have had my keurig for 10 years and no issues.

The wifey likes the coffee. That's all that really matters tho. Nice staff, friendly service. They do spend time with each customer, so be patient, as you'll also get the same service

Such a simple piece of equipment the mark-up is outrageous. $200 for something that might cost them $50. The worst markup is the pods.

Beautiful store but the lady that rang me up was rude not friendly at all first time going no smile made us feel like we don’t belong. Horrible first time experience

They had free sample shots of watermelon coffee and coconut coffee. I like the coconut coffee better than the watermelon coffee.

I really enjoy the Nespresso product. The coffee is always strong and never disappoints. The physical location in Scottsdale Fashion is a great plus.

Staff is very friendly. Many machines and coffee pods for sell. Never had this coffee and gave us a sample. One no cream to put in coffee. Okay coffee with cream doesn't work for me. Did not buy a machine at this time.

Great coffee they seem to have a lot of things in inventory the sales staff was extremely friendly and very well knowledgeable

I really like coming here. If you go early, there isn’t a line. Amy helped me out today, she was super nice helping me pick out some new mugs and my coffee pods. She even prepared a coffee on the way out, thanks!

The lady working on the night of 04/26 was one the nicest and most genuine employees i’ve ever talked to! First time in a Nespresso store and she was able to assist me with figuring out what flavors i’d probably like and what would go with what i’ve previously had.she was honest and welcoming the whole time! Very good with customer service, can’t believe i didn’t catch her name!

I purchased 3 different kinds of pods at this store, came home and found that the three sleeves I got were all the same, and not even a single kind that I had asked for. Wouldn’t recommend going here!

Came in for a couple of sleeves and Marco helped me out. He was great, definitely made my experience in the store feel personalized. He helped show me different options based on my espresso preference. Left with more than I intended but that was thanks to Marco’s great recommendations!

My wife went in to buy a few sleeves of coffee… she asked for the colombian and for a vanilla custard pie sleeve.and the guy that helped her gave her colombian and a “Mexico” sleeve, i mean how do you confuse pie custard with Mexico coffee? I’ve been in this store before and they seem very indifferent when anyone walks in, i have been there 3 times and the 3 times I’ve been its a poor experience, the only reason i go there is because its close to where i work at.but i will just be buying online from now on.that confusion of coffees was not accidental.

Elegant and delightful. The atmosphere was absolutely amazing. The staff was wicked friendly.
