The entire staff of this shop are very professional, dedicated to the customers needs. The service is not comparable to other shops, you can trust taking your car here for any services and rest assured that you are in the very best of hands. They take time to explain and they work in a very professional manner and that gives me peace of mind as they reflect a very thorough and complete job for whatever services you are getting. In my 11 years in Arizona I have owned a 2001 BMW 540i and now own a 1997 BMW 528i. I have been very fortunate to have had Network Alignment & Brakes work on both of them. They are thorough, super knowledgeable, and go beyond the call of duty with their work. They will address all your concerns in the utmost professional manner. A lot of shops charge exorbitant fees. This is not the case with Network Alignment & Brakes. Their pricing is competitive and within reason. Most importantly, they do great work. I encourage you to take your car to Network Alignment & Brakes because I am very confident they will not disappoint.

Honest. I dropped my van off for an alignment as it shook terribly at 60mph. The checked the alignment and determined it was the tires. I tried to pay them for their time but would not accept. It's refreshing to find a company with string ethics and customer service.

Everyone was very professional. I was in and out in under an hour. Great service and reasonable prices.

Shop is great and they do quality work but cannot do alignment on anything with wheels bigger than 24"s

Went for alignment on 28 Dec to Cavecreek location, since front tire worn unequally, they checked and mentioned NO alignment needed as they are excellent. They did not charge and suspect unequal wearing might be due to missing tire rotations, salute their honesty. Would recommend to all!

Great people. Opened their doors for me at 9pm, even though they had closed at 6, to help me after my passenger rear tire locked up.

Have been bringing my vehicles here for years and they have always done a great job, even fixed another shops mess up the one time I didnt go to them.

Got an alignment done here and not only did they do it with no appointment on a Sunday, they also undrcut every other estimate I received! They also insure their alignments for 6 months. Great shop! I will be back!

Very disappointed. I called and asked if I needed to make an appointment and they said they were taking walk ins. I get there at 10: 30 am and am told it might take 2 hours. Instead of waiting I arranged a pick up and drop off. After 4 hours and no call, I return to get my vehicle and it hadn’t been touched. I would have rather been turned away than work my day around my vehicle that never got serviced.

Stand up guys. Know their craft and accept nothing but perfection. I bring all my junk to these guys to keep it going down the road straight.

Took my car last minute to network alignment due to brake issues. It was hours before closing and they took my car in, gave me various options to fix it, and educated me on the mechanics of issue. I was in and out in less than 2 hours and they even stayed an hour past closing to fix my vehicle. I feel they are honest and I trust them with my vehicle. I'll definitely be bringing my car back

As good as all the 5 star reviews say. Service and work done excellent. Car came in with terrible wobble.tie rods replaced and car drives perfect now. Cost was in line and better than others. In first thing and picked up right after lunch.

We just had the front end suspension done and brought it here for an alignment. They told us they wouldn't do the alignment because we needed new ball joints and a tie rod replaced. They wrote us up a quote and said they'd fix it for $300. We decided to take it home and call the mechanic who had just done the front end and tell him what they said. He put the car up and showed us the parts they were saying needed replaced and there was nothing wrong with them. He said they must just he trying to make more money. Funny thing is, I read through these other reviews and I've seen this same scenario a few times! They were weird about the wording too when we dropped it off.when I asked them for the alignment he kept saying "we have to check it first". Then when I asked them how much the alignment costs he said "it's free to check, then we'll let you know after that. " Like them finding a problem was inevitable.

Their quality and reputation is great. Fast turn around. It's the only place I will go for an alignment!

I would give them a ten if they had it on here, the guys that work here are very honest. I would recommend Network Alignment & Brakes on Cave Creek Road to anyone

Quoted me $400 to change my front brakes. Went to my normal mechanic the following week, who fixed the brakes and completed another whole repair for $20 less than this place quoted for just the brakes.
