The front office staff were speaking LOUDLY and nastily about their patients. Dr. Raigani was nice, but not worth their fron end violating HIPAA. Yes, it was reported to HHS and OCR.

Great gynecologist and affable. I can be open about anything that's bothering me. I come to her office even when it's 15-20 minutes away from me.

Dr Ragaini and her staff were great! I’ve been to practices where the doctors always seem rushed and stressed out, but Dr Ragaini was very relaxed, happy and took her time to go over all my questions and get them answered.

Everyone is so friendly and most especially, very genuine! Dr Ragaini is incredibly funny and makes you feel comfortable. Wish I could give this clinic 10 stars instead of just five! Highly recommend!

Karen Regaini has the best “bedside manner”! She clearly is expert in women’s health and makes it easy to discuss sensitive subjects. She is super gentle. The office staff is pleasant and professional, too. Alas, like all doctors, it seems, you can sit on the examining table for 30 minutes until you actually see Dr. Ragaini. So be early to check in early, as required, and then wait.and wait.and wait.

I have been coming to New Horizons since I was pregnant with my daughter (who is now 12 years old) and I will never go anywhere else. The office is always clean, nicely decorated, and filled with staff who are genuinely friendly. They have NEVER made me feel uncomfortable so it is very easy to be completely honest with them. That isn't always true at other places, which is why I only come here now. They get my testing done quickly and they always make sure I understand the results, whatever they are. While I was pregnant and getting ultra sounds, they got excited with me as I heard the heartbeat for the first time. Bottom line, this is a great place!

I love Dr Ragani. I have been seeing her for almost 10 years I believe. I love how she is very concerned and quick about results. She always makes me feel important and she is very detailed about every question I have.

I love doctor Ragaini and their ultrasound technician, Maggie. This location is by far the best in their practice.
