I’ve been seen by both Patricia Jalomo and Danielle Salazar and they are both outstanding practitioners. The office staff are very friendly and professional and I’m glad to be a patient there!:)

The facility is very nice, clean and doesn't feel cold and sterile like a regular doctors office.

The front desk staff are pleasant and the online check in system is excellent.

My provider Patty Jalomo DNP was just okay. She was good for a general check up but could not help with me with my questions about fertility and hormones. She felt very cold towards me.

Overall I would visit this clinic again but with a different provider.

Everyone I meet this morning at my first appointment made me feel safe and appreciated. Patty was wonderful to talk with; and I had been majorly stressed about starting pelvic floor therapy.

She took time to explain many different options for replacement hormone therapy asked a lot of questions and answered a lot of questions she didn’t rush the visit. Extremely happy with her bedside manner.

Staff is always friendly and caring. They always make sure I am taking care of. When I have to bring my son they are always so sweet and friendly toward him.

Absolutely the best gyn I have been to in my 51 years! Patricia is very accommodating, friendly, informative and the ladies at the front desk are very courteous and helpful. They are very prompt and I highly recommend new horizons women's care!

I had gone into a appointment with high hopes to get help with my concerns, I had a few of them, and the first one I mentioned was the biggest one I wanted to discuss. I was in and out of there in less than five minutes. I did most of the talking. I have never felt like I never wanted to go back to the doctors ever before this instance. I just felt brushed off and didn’t feel taken seriously. I was given an unnecessary referral. I say unnecessary because the practice I went to before this was able to fulfill my request, that’s why I went in to this appointment with high hopes. I was literally just immediately shot down and it just broke my heart, I was too stunned to speak up and completely forgot about to mention the other concerns I had. I will be making one more appointment so I can attempt to discuss those concerns, but honestly if I can’t reach my goals through them, I will be changing practices.

Billing night mare. They collected $1200 from me upfront and then sent wrong claims to the insurance company, I can't get compensated by insurance and they don't care that I'm financially hurt by their incompetence. In June 2021 I paid $1200 in advance for their OB financial package, they told me they will bill it to the insurance company after my delivery in Dec 2021. However they billed it wrong and the insurance company refused to compensate me. In Feb 2022 I called their billing office ask them to send a corrected claim to the insurance company, the lady in the billing office told me they have resubmitted the claim and is pending processing, the lady from their billing office also told me to wait at least 30 days to check back with them again. Now I've been calling them every month for 4 months, every time they tell me it's still processing and I have to wait at least 3 weeks/4 weeks/30 days. Being frustrated, I called the insurance company today and found out that they did not send any corrected claim for me.
