New Horizons Women's Care - Gilbert

This place was very cold and uncaring. The doctor seemed very uncertain about my diagnosis. I will not be returning.

I've lived in 5 states and was a patient at many different doctors offices, and this office stood out as exceptional! I liked the convenience of using the Women's Health Arizona website to research providers, assess their ratings, and find the right fit for me. The appointment booking process was efficient, offering the option to book online or make a quick call, where I was promptly assisted by the front desk staff. As a new patient, I was able to get in with Dr. Bradley-Wolfe within a week of requesting an appointment.

The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient, and I liked the convenience of digitally completing the necessary forms on a tablet. Dr. Bradley-Wolfe's expertise and approach were truly remarkable! She took the time to address all my questions comprehensively, ensuring I felt valued and never rushed. Her depth of knowledge in her field instilled confidence in me, and our conversation was great! I'll be coming back to NHWC Gilbert for my next Pap appointment!

Doctor Chu was very kind and answered any questions i had. The facility was very clean and the front desk ladies were very nice.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I think I had 1 good experience. You aren't seen on time. I've been to 2 locations and both are a joke. It shouldn't be surprising they don't care about you since they're working but it's still discouraging.

My daughter had an appointment with doctor Chu today, we were very happy with the attention and all the service.

Dr. Chu delivered my last two babies in 2018 & 2020. I still see her if I have any issues. She’s relatable and is easy to talk to.

The ladies at the front desk were very friendly. Dr. Chu was very kind and understanding. She made me feel at ease and comfortable. Happy to have found an office that makes things like Pap smears a little more tolerable.

I love the facility, beautiful and clean. Check in was a breeze and Theresa Chu made me feel at ease. She helps make an uncomfortable situation bearable.

The front office staff and nurses were more than friendly and dr Chu was awesome. Love talking to her and she has amazing personality, very easy to trust and make my pap exam easier every time.

Dr. Chu is very nice and she did a great job of listening to me and my concerns and questions. The entire staff was very nice!

Dr. Chu and her team of professionals are amazing. I’ve been going here for many years & have never had anything but a delightful experience.

This place… how disgusting are they? They said there doctors don’t talk to patients over the phone, they don’t have time for that? ! What kind of doctor doesn’t have a few minutes to spend talking to a patient about something they were already seen for just had a few follow up questions? You need to be seen again and pay another $400 so we can answer your 2 questions on something we’ve already seen you for and diagnosed! DO NOT GO HERE! The lack of empathy and concern for the patient is absolutely not existent!

Dr. Chu is a great doctor, she listens and treats you with care while respecting your time. My visits have always been on time and quick, without feeling rushed or ignored.

I was pleasantly surprised that entrance wasn't a sterile atmosphere like most offices. Lots of plants, colors on the wall, and comforable furniture. Staff were friendly and Dr Chu was great. She took time to answer questions and has a very kind and happy demeanor. It was a great experience from someone that dreads going to any doctor.

All the staff were great minus the doctor. I saw Dr. Moore because I keep getting infections the only thing he even was willing to address was the fact I'm 30-40lbs overweight. Pointing it out multiple times as if I wasn't already aware of it. That is an extremely sensitive topic for me as well as most women. You'd think he would have more consideration to only mention it once and in a less aggressive manner. Left that office crying without my problem even addressed.

From the moment I walked in I felt a huge sense of relieve. Going to the Drs isn’t always a fun experience but I couldn’t be more comfortable with this office. All the staff at the front desk were more than welcoming when I walked in. After getting settled into my appointment I was seen by the nicest nurse who got my weight and blood pressure. Then took me to my room talked with me and let me know my Dr.will be in. Seeing Dr Chu felt like the world being lifted off my shoulders. She spoke to me with professionalism and answered all my questions. If you’re looking for a new office to go this is the place to go.

Saw Dr Chu. Great personality but I was rushed and not able to ask all my questions (total of 3) … she was reaching for the door middle of the conversation. Face to face was MAYBE 5 minutes. As a new patient with concerns (that I expressed I had), I didn’t feel heard.
