New York Nails, Casa Grande AZ

I payed 60$ for square shaped nails with a basic pink tip. I only wanted l a little bit of color on the tip. But they colored half of my nails pink. And the person who did my nails was going to hard. Not satisfied.

Even with half of the staff gone on well deserved vacations, the remaining staff was fast and attentive and did their best to get everyone done in a timely manner. A nice job too! I highly recommend them.

My daughter and I had a great experience and treated us so wonderful! I loved my pedicure and my daughter loved her acrylics. Thank you NY Nails.

I paid 70 dollars for a basic French tip almond set when the guy said I would only have to pay 50 over the phone and then he leaves my nails messy and chunky. I want to cry and I didn’t even know how to tell him because he was nice

This is a horrible place! Today my friend and I went to get our nails done and my friend little sister got up and hit her shoulder on the display that they have on the wall and it fell of the wall IT WAS AN ACCIDENT! And the guy there started cursing at us and saying that she had to pay 800 dollars because the stuff in the display was broken (it was just dirty nail displays and they weren't broken, they had just fallen)
My friend obviously said that it was and accident but the guy wouldn’t stop cursing at us and saying that he was going to call the cops, the cops arrived and ask to see the cámaras and the guy just said that the cámaras didn’t record!
Please don’t go to this place

I've been to 2 nail salons and was not pleased. Just right when I was going to give up, I gave this place a chance and im happy that I did. They were so nice

Everything was very nice.trying to get another appointment. Not getting a call back. I need appointment for my self and 2 other people.on sunday.

So no black men are allowed at your business. I just saw a white old man getting his feet done in pedicure station two by the male tech. Can this establishment explain this blatant racism?

I’m not one to write reviews but what happened today was ridiculous. Lina from New York Nails is very unprofessional. For starters the business hours posted on the door says opens at 9am, she comes strolling in any time from 9: 15am-9: 30am with customers waiting outside. I’ve been getting my nails done here for the past 7 years, always left very good tips for Lina. About a month ago Lina was doing someone else’s nails so I asked another nail tech to do my nails, she hesitated and stated “ you can wait for Lina she normally does your nails”. I explained I did not have time to wait and asked again can you please do my nails, she did my nails and everything was great. When I returned 2 weeks later Lina was available but did not want to do my nails she sent me to the other tech. Not thinking much of it I went to the other tech. Today waiting outside until 9: 20 am, Lina arrives, I was first in line, Lina would not look at me but asked the other 2 ladies what would they be getting done, they pointed to me and stated she was here first. Lina looked at me and said you can go sit in that chair directing me to the other nail tech’s chair. I asked why can’t you do my nails? Lina responded because she does it better. Long story short Lina’s being petty because the other tech did my nails when she was busy. Lina & her husband are very rude, stuck up & disrespectful I’m starting to hear lots of horrible reviews about New York Nails.
