The outside of the building is unimpressive, and the sign is small for a furniture store. The salesman was attentive and friendly. Appeared to have good inventory.
Initially was good with salesman, but now have had a voltage transformer fail after 1 1/2 days on our purchase. Took it in, it was verified by their employees, no replacement on hand. They called later wanting to send a technician out to re-verify the problem, suppose to be here by two PM today, given up our whole day this appt.now for our initially planned activities. So far a no show! The problem is known, need a replacement, wasted our whole day!
