Peaceful old trailer park feel. Nostalgia is what I notice and even though it has no pool or much in the way of amenities, the country feel sold me.:)

This was a beautiful oasis at the edge of the desert. I just drove through and am saddened at current management/owner has allowed all the beautiful that was here to die and weed up. Park looks run down and tired.

A bit pricey since there are very few amenities. Others here were very nice & helpful.
