19 Great customer service. We had a few things that slowed my service to get my number forwarded. They stayed very responsive while we worked out the details. Financially they have multiple plans that worked out for my business!
Amy helped me get set up, she was great!
Great introductory call and follow up. After that, it was an absolute train wreck. Onboarding meeting was rescheduled without asking us and then they were no-shows to the call. Tried to call them to figure out what was going on and got placed on hold…. From a business that is selling call answering. They called back two days later to save us.
If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is. I would not in any way, recommend!
THEIR OPERATORS CAN NOT FOLLOW SIMPLE DIRECTIONS. And the company doesn’t care. They also hold the callers too long in the phone just to bill. They’re a joke.
Rikard stjernquist is highly professional I missed 2 of our appointments due to some confusion and he didn’t make a big deal out of it, the third appointment he gave me the information I needed promptly and didn’t try to twist my arm or sell me anything that wasn’t appropriate for me based on my current level of business operation

Working with Sandra Credit getting our service set up was a breeze. She helped to do all she could to meet our needs. It took no time at all to go from the first call to Nexa to go live.
Overall, good service. The sales person didn't explain everything properly, but I had a very good experience with the onboarding account specialist (Monique), she was great.
This program is very easy to set up and use. They listen to all your needs and dont try to push you into something you dont want. I was very pleased with how nice the operators sound as well. I would highly recommend NEXA and if you get the opportunity to work with Sandra Credit and Monique Cole you are extra lucky! These ladies were so much fun to work with! They were both very knowledgeable about NEXA and were able to answer all my questions!
