NextCare Urgent Care, Scottsdale AZ

The clinic was very clean with chairs spaced apart. The flooring and decor were nice like a real clinic. The ladies in the reception were not only quick and efficient but super nice and a bit fun. The examination rooms were clean - med asst and PAC were suuuuper awesome!

I was so impressed with the care given me from the time I entered the Clinic on Oak until I left. Staff was so personable and showed a high level of caring and were very knowledgeable. My thanks to everyone.

Provider was caring and it was awesome. I'll not put off anymore knowing the care is there.
Another visit and again the visit was awesome. So very caring. I came in a small worried state but he sat there listened and really took all my worries away. Been here a couple times now.unfortunately but fortunately they are awesome each time.

Everyone I encountered was extremely helpful. The last time I went (all different staff) not the best.

We got our COVID-19 test at the NextCare Urgent Care on Scottsdale Rd. They were extremely busy but the medical assistant & the Physicians Assistant were extremely pleasant and friendly. I appreciated them laughing with us, literally, especially under the circumstances. I have a primary care doctor but I’m happy that myself and my wife made this appt at this site. They told us which test would be better for us given our timeline & made us both feel at ease. Thx NextCare, we will recommend you to everyone needing a Covid-19 test.

Female doctor misdiagnose me and did not make any effort to figure out what was wrong. Took 45 minutes from when they first opened to get me into a room. I was first one there however? Just got back from a REAL doctor and instead of the “small stomach virus” that I was told I have, I had a bad flu and pneumonia! How does a doctor/PA care so little about their customers? Disappointed. Maybe nursing is best!

Was able to make an appointment online, in and out in 30 minutes. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly.

I have been to this office twice now this year. Both experiences were equally wonderful. Hardly a wait time if at all, friendly staff and very clean office. I took my daughter and grand daughter this time, they were experiencing cold like symptoms. She said the doctor was very nice and took the time to see them and speak with them about both of their symptoms. The young man at the front desk was super friendly and professional! We were in and out of there with no hassles on billing or diagnosis discharge paper. If you need a place to get urgent care in south scottsdale I highly reccamend this place!

Friendly, good service, competent dr and staff, called my family dr with no results from on call rep.

Was involved in an accident and came to see them there was a party of three I was the last one seen even though I was checked in 2nd.why was I blatantly skipped? Yea I'm black and I'm not calling that but don't they go in order patients are checked in?

They could see i was in distress and was able to get me right in to get a breathing treatment started. They quickly got me on the road to feeling better. So happy they were nearby and able to get me right in.

My husband and I were very impressed with this walk- in -care center. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Dr. Kimbell was very knowledgeable and answered every question we had. I highly recommend Nextcare.

This one star review is based on the issue that they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. When I was asked at check in which pharmacy to use I made it clear where it was to be sent. At the pharmacy they said they never got the prescription. I made two phone calls after I figured this out to have them send the prescription to the correct pharmacy. Both times I was told it would be taken care of right then. After making 3 trips to the pharmacy it was supposed to be at, the pharmacy staff offered to call the wrong pharmacy to have it transferred to them. So 4-5 stars for the care and wait time at this location but overall 1 star because they wasted my time on a busy Saturday and never fixed the problem they said they would fix.

Went last night at about 7: 40. The staff that assisted me were very helpful and efficient. If I ever need an urgent care again, I will gladly be returning to NextCare.

Every time we've come here it's been awesome. Everyone is really nice, they get us back quickly. The facility is always nice and clean, very comfortable. Parking is easy. A+
