NextCare Urgent Care, Nogales AZ

I truly want to say thank you to the staff at nextcare urgent care, they were all so polite, respectful and courteous, from the receptionist to the FNP, Francisco, ii was in and out, which was a huge plus.set my appointment online, and was out the door in less than 30 minutes. Thank you nextcare! Truly recommend!

The staff there is just amazing, seriously, everybody was very friendly respectful and you can tell that don't just work there, they honestly care and treat you great

It was my first time to NextCare Urgent care & everyone was grest. They were respectful, grest with proving customer service & in and out quickly.

I had smashed and broke one of my fingers when closing the barn doors on a Sunday morning. My husband and I called Next Care in Nogales to let them know we were on our way. They took me promptly after filling in the necessary paper work. The staff were wonderful. They took such good care of me. They explained what I needed to do to follow up.e. G.meds, making an appt with a orthopedic doctor and how to care for my injury. My husband and I were both pleased with the NextCare experience. Glad they are there.

They are great here. Always get you seen and out quick. It’s really convenient for a mom with two small kids that usually have to go with me. Highly recommend all the staff!

We had to go in frequently during flu season and we spent maybe 25 minutes here each time. Love that it’s super fast!

They have an app to use too to schedule an appointment which is even quicker so you can skip the waiting line and simply arrive at the appointment time.

I come to NextCare Urgent Care in Nogales when my family needs healthcare. Sometimes we are unable to make it to Tucson to our primary doctors’ offices because we feel so bad.

NextCare allows me to book an appointment online 24 hours a day. I’m able to take a pictures of my insurance card through their website so I won’t have to fill out so much paperwork when I arrive to the appointment. I am able to create accounts for each member of my family and keep a history of visits. I am also able to rate each visit.

Every time I have arrived, the facility is immaculate. The receptionist is always friendly. I am seen quickly for vitals and hardly have to wait any time after that to be seen by the Doctor.

Every Doctor and healthcare worker we have encountered has had excellent bedside manner! I want to point this out because this hasn’t always been the case at other Doctor Offices. My eldest son has Autism and Sensory Processing Disorder. He does not do well at doctor appointments. Most times he has meltdowns. NextCare has always treated us with respect and have shown us compassion. They are always are especially sweet to my son. They never make us feel rushed and are patient with his behavior. We really appreciate how they go above to make us feel comfortable especially when we are feeling ill. Thank you NextCare we will be back!

This place is wonderful! The staff is really friendly and and Dr. Cardwell is great! Very professional and soft spoken. The waiting time plus seeing the Dr. Was less than 20 minutes, Fabulous! Thi place is a God send!

My visit to NextCare Urgent Care was breathtaking.literally saved my life! Staff was very professional and quick to get you the treatment you need.

Staff is awesome! Clean facilities. You get seen quickly. My only complaint would be the doctor who saw us, I think his name was doctor Limon. He was so disinterested and didn't even do a check up. He didn't even present himself as the doctor. He was in the room for 3 minutes literally. Very disappointed with his care. The rest of the staff was great!

Referred by friend. Had a severe cut on my finger. Excellent service and small wait time. Cleaned my wound and bandaged me and sent me home with proper antibiotics and dressings. Everyone was so very good and kind. I highly recommend them. It is an alternative that is superior to ER for most things.

Its the Best Place to go to the receptionist was friendly and Jessica Sossa was also friendly polite and was able to help me in what i came in for i actually feel alot better:) i would reccomend this place to Family and friends
