I got to cover test done there and I treated me with respect and helped me through the process with no insurance got me the medication I needed fast

Went to NextCare Urgent Care without an appointment. Went in and filled out a document and waited until I was called. The process went smoothly and the staff were very polite and accommodating. I was called and was in a patient waiting room for about 5 minutes when the FNP came in to see me. She was extremely attentive and listened to everything I had to say. I felt that she was caring and took an interest in what I was telling her and the exam and conversation went extremely well. I would definatly recommend NextCare and especially Ms. Veleta Paloma FNP to anyone looking for a good medical facility and staff.

Took my daughter in on Monday evening for a sprained ankle. Obviously she was going to need Xrays. They didn't tell me their machine was down. They sent me to a third party for Xrays. Never called me with results. When I called them they tell me it was a "questionable fracture" In other words.total waste of my time!

What can i say? Iam enjoying my SaturdayThanks to Kyle Dubay PAC. He was very compassionate, understanding and he showed genuine empathy and concern. He patched me up and made sure i left the office in better shape then when i got there. The MA that gave me my shot was super awesome, the MA who took my vitals was also very attentive. I give the team an A plus! I will most definitely going back to that location if needed.

ALSO, the office was clean which during these covid times is a HUGE priority. They triaged me in a timely manner and made sure my safety came first

I scheduled an appointment to have a covid-19 test done and I was able to schedule the appointment online. I showed up and filled out my paperwork, then pulled around to the back. I waited for maybe 10 minutes and then went right in and was tested. Michelle, the doctor, was very helpful and kind. I had a pleasant experience here!

Care was VERY quick, efficient and the staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for the experience and great care.

All staff were extremely professional and courteous! Michele (PA) was very caring and treated me as a partner in my health care. It was an excellent experience despite not feeling so great.

They had me in waiting for 2hrs. When they took me to the back I had to go ask when i will be seen. The ladies were sitting there just talking, after that they took 5 minutes to see me and 5 minutes to diagnose.

Great customer service, office was clean, staff was professional, Dr was nice and understanding.

I went in because I was having an asthma attack. They took me right away. Gave me a breathing treatment. The PA was amazing. Loved her. Kaylin Neubauer, PA taking care of me and also ordered me a nebulozer! Thank you Kaylin for quickly taking care of me fast, professionally making sure I was okay.

I love this place, its close by and convenient. The staff and doctors are so kind and professional. They really care about you, I recommend this place.

HORRIBLE SERVICE SAT THERE 2 HOURS WHILE THEY CALLED AT LEAST 4 PEOPLE BACK THAT CAME AFTER ME. IM NEVER GOING BACK TO ANY NEXTCARE SLOW CARE. DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER.

Staff is great! Great customer service went in today due to my eye and I had already went to another urgent care where they told me I had no infection, kept bothering went there today and turned out i have pink eye they have me antibiotics and my eye looks a little better!

Would not recommend this place at all I went in to be seen ended up leaving and going somewhere else after walking in and just watching the front receptionist ignore me I guess they were to busy playing candy crush and texting insted of greeting patients.

The workers knew what they were doing and i have no complaints about them. But the overall outcome of cleanliness was poor. It wasn't the cleanest place I've ever seen but it was the dirtiest. Needle caps on the floor, air vents filled with dust and dirt, walls covered with what I would hope is not any type of bodily fluids.

I am very pleased with my evaluation, the physicians understood my pain, I had bad experience with a new general dental that didn't communicate my issues until 3 weeks later, then waiting for a specialist a month later, the physicians had empathy and so looking forward to my root canal and rid of this experience, thank you to the nice and concerning staff and nurses/doctors. This place is to go.

Made a online appointment. Came in and was quick for any urgent care I've been to. Excellent service! Definitely going back!
