The nurse practitioner who attended me was really caring and spent time understating and addressing my concerns, great service

Just amazing! I saw JD and he was not only incredibly kind but very helpful and informative. Wonderful experience and while I hope I don’t have to return, I will definitely go to this location if I need it.

The online paperwork is nice but the require questions don’t make sense. Why is my marital stays required but my SSN is not?
The staff is nice and healthcare providers are as well.

I traveled from Cicero, IL to Mesa, AZ for a family function. I learned the need for a negative COVID-19 test 72 hours b4 returning home to IL the day b4 leaving. My Brother recommended the Urgent Care & set me up with on-line registration. The process & testing processes was flawless. This was a big time stress reliever. Thank You.

The nursing staff and provider were very capable, thorough people. The provider was beyond the call of duty in her care.

I was seen at the Power and Brown location and they completely changed my view on urgent cares. From the moment I walked in the door I could tell it was going to be a different experience. The woman at the front desk was wonderful. The nurse who took care of me was absolutely amazing and I can't say enough about the physician that I was seen by. He really cared about me and what I was there for. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the future and have already done so.

Very quick, the online system was very easy to make a appointment. We live out of state, and it was very easy to come in. The physician was very nice, everybody greeted us and under the circumstances it was a pleasant experience.

I have signed us up for their Advantage program. The staff is always great and J. D.is the BEST Dr we have ever had! He really listens and does his best for us even if it's something as minor as renewing a prescription.

All staff were professional and the PAC discussed and answered any and all of my questions regarding his diagnosis and medication he was prescribing.

My visit was fast and easy. Very little wait. Dr. Seemed knowledgeable. Friendly staff. Willing to hear my concerns.

All staff were great & caring. Offered choices/alternatives for the health issue & listened carefully to the symptoms, concerns & worries.

Came in at 5 pm they were booked for the night but fit me in when I really needed medicine to help me breathe better. I love this urgent care and used it several years Ty again

This was a very professional clinic and the staff was accommodating and proficient. They took care of my fracture and made me laugh in the process.

What would have been hours at an E. R.was well taken care of here instead. I would absolutely recommend this clinic and location to families and friends.

I have a compromised Immune System so when I’m feeling off I contact them for a appt and come in when they tell me so I’m not around anyone else. They update my info and I’m out the door within 30 minutes with a diagnosis and prescription sent over to limit my time at the pharmacy. 2 days I will be back to myself

$150 to $200 for urgent care and you are only seen by a physician's assistant. Makes you wonder how much they would actually charge to see a real doctor. Sad sad

As usual, their service is quick and their staff is friendly and professional. It's nice to have someone, other than an emergency room, on my side.

I got extras done of my arm yesterday to see if it was broken and it has been over 24hrs and I still don’t have the results yet. I think that is beyond ridiculous.

I loved NextCare! The staff was extremely polite and friendly. I had no wait time. And my provider was friendly and knowledgable- he answered all my questions and got me fixed up. I am definitely going back next time i need something and would recommend strongly over other urgent care providers. Thank you!
