I checked in online and showed up when I was told to. I had filled out my paperwork online so the check-in process was immediate. I saw Charles Larsen, PA who listened to my concerns and provided in depth explanations on what I can do to feel better. I would highly recommend this urgent care. I was in and out within 30 minutes at most. It took my pharmacy longer to fill my prescriptions than my entire visit at this urgent care.

Quick, efficient, thorough and has xray. Great choice for smaller emergencies & quick check ups, and easier than trying to make an appnt w ur PCP if u need to be seen today & not in 3 days.

The staff where fast and efficient. I was there for a TB test, in and out in less than 20 min. (This included the paperwork I needed to fill out at the beginning) plus the TB test was at a good price $30.00.

I walked in here with my daughter this morning. She’s 7 and has an injury above her eye. The woman at the computer shoved a clipboard at me with a huff. No one bothered to smile or say hello. Once I filled out the first form she shoved another clipboard at me.again, not saying anything. We walked out and went to a different urgent care.

I’m not going to subject my daughter to unfriendly, uncaring and rude care.

This place was a complete waste of my time, money and energy. If I could have given zero stars I would have, but the lowest option was one star. My doctor recommended I go to urgent care because she could not get me an appointment and it was Friday afternoon. She felt it was important that I be seen that day and not go through the weekend with the symptoms I was experiencing. I called ahead and was told there were only 2-3 people waiting. I asked if I should still go ahead and put my name on their "call ahead waiting list" and was told I didn't need to. I arrived at the facility 35 minutes later and the waiting room was completely full. I was told the wait would likely be about 45 minutes to an hour. My husband actually had to wait outside because there wasn't enough chairs for us both to wait inside. This should have been our cue to leave and seek out another option. Sadly we stayed. I waited for about an hour before being called back. Vitals were taken and I was told to go wait in the crowded waiting room again while they got a room ready. Once I was called back to the examination room, I waited another 30 minutes in there until the doctor arrived. She immediately told me she
"Didn't know what she was going to be able to do for me" and questioned why I came in. I told her I had come due to my regular doctor wanting me to be seen due to what we assumed was the stomach flu lasting 7 days. I told her I thought perhaps they were concerned about dehydration. She looked at me and said, "Well your pulse is 88 so you're not dehydrated". I didn't realize this was the ONLY clinical indication of dehydration. Long story short, she said she was used to treating in an ER environment so she was going to do the same with me. She briefly touched my abdomen and that was the extent of her examination. She said she was going to have some blood drawn for labs and thought perhaps I had c. Dif so she also wanted me to bring a stool sample to the lab. She then left the room. Approximately another 30 minutes pass and in walks a tech with my discharge paperwork, a container for stool samples and a lab sheet. I told him I was under the impression blood work was going to be drawn there in the office and he said, "Well you have to go to the lab to drop off the stool sample anyway". I suggested that at least we could get the labs started since it was Friday and I didn't want to wait the weekend to get things going. He said, "Well you won't get any results until Monday anyway". He's right, I wouldn't have gotten results until Monday, but I would have at least gotten the results then. Instead I had blood work drawn on Monday and will now wait additional days until we get results. After spending 2.5 hours and a $100 co-pay, I walked out with a diagnosis of diarrhea (as if I didn't know I already had diarrhea) and a prescription for Zofran (which I told the "doctor" I already had at home).
My regular doctor was able to see me first thing Monday morning and guess what. The problem is a bit more involved than the stomach flu. Maybe we would have known this and I wouldn't have spent the weekend feeling horrible if I had gone to a different urgent care. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere, anywhere else if you need medical attention!

I came into this facility and after a two hour wait, I was ushered into the back and went through all the usual tests and what not. After they finally made a diagnosis, they told me I should go to a specialist, which would be available in two weeks. I begged for more information about the condition and when I could expect it to get better. They shrugged and said I need to talk to a specialist. They literally did nothing to help me. I would highly recommend staying away this doctor shack.

This place was great! Other Urgent Cares in the area all had 2+ hour waits, they got me in to see the doc in less than 30 mins. Their self pay rates were significantly less than the competitors rates too. Doctor Messinger was very nice and sympathetic. If I didn’t live out of state, I’d definitely go back. Thank you.

Horrible service from a woman doctor with blonde hair. Never saw a badge. She kept asking why im there and kept cutting me off not let me finish my answer. Very rude told me u will be asked questions and no one wants to hear your story. She was rude and argumental from the beginning. Dont go there!

Try to avoid this location!

The nurses are very rude. The blonde nurse with the tattoos was listening to music slightly loud and spoke to me like I was an idiot. The nurse who took my vitals was like a zombie and the doctor was no help.
I'm not asking for outstanding service or to treated like royalty. All I ask if to be treated like a human.

First and only time at this location. Do not recommend the visit. You're better off driving a few more miles down the road.

Phoenix Urgent Care gave high quality service. I had Dr. Susan and she was very thorough, informative and made me feel better by showing that she cared. Clean facilities, nice waiting room and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend Phoenix Urgent Care.

I recently visited this Urgent Care and I am so thankful I did! I honestly have nothing negative to say. It was very clean, I got in and out fast and the nurse and Nurse Practitioner Susan Eller was incredible. She gave me suggestions of doctors to see in the area since I just move to Phoenix, listened to me, took time with me and was really just so helpful. I felt so blessed to see her for my visit and would recommend her to anyone. She helped to get my prescription switched to another pharmacy and so much more. I am glad I made my way over to this office!

I am constantly traveling around the country and I am glad that this urgent care is here when I am visiting Phoenix. The staff has always been kind and considerate to me and I have yet to have a problem with them. I see that people complain about waiting times on these reviews, and I have one thing to tell them; there is no guarantee of how short/long you will wait. This is an urgent care where one day it could be busy and the next a total ghost town. I feel that people forget that it is not like a doctor's office and may have long wait times.

I completely agree with Brenda Gallo on this place the front staff where great i needed a TB test done as well but the assistant who checked me in the back didn't even come in to shake my hand to greet me was very cocky and rude.he repeatedly told me i was wrong when telling him information i was told for the situation im in, in which he was WRONG and i was right! He was very rude and arrogant! Would not recommend!

No complaint. I went in nervous, but it was completely fine. Clean, nice staff, knowledgable folks. I had a simple ear infection. Took maybe 20 minutes to get in on a busy Saturday. Truly no complaints. Glad I went and I do recommend it to others.

Came in with a sinus infection and a terrible headache. Took awhile to get in but eventually got the help I needed.

Front desk receptionist was rude and dismissive. I actually called her on it. Very unfriendly clinic. Nurse practioner was fine but all other staff were dreadful. Will not return.
