I came to NextCare with a sore throat. The staff was very professional from the receptionist to the MA to the NP (Lynn Pura). The NP took time to listen to all my concerns. She was very informative while she examined me. I was given first class quality care. I will recommend NextCare to everyone. They are so committed to meeting the needs of their patients that they even offer affordable fees.

I love the location on 43rd avenue and Peoria the nurses there are awesome they make sure you leave well taken care of I drive from 80th and McDowell to 43rd and Peoria every time I gave there five stars

They let me know they were running behind when I checked in. I came in feeling sick and asked them to run a full spectrum of tests. They didn't argue out even bat an eye. When my covid test came back positive the doctor still came in and examined me to see if I should go to the hospital. Top notch care!

Super nice staff, wait time very minimal. Clean & doctor really listens to what your feeling & going thru. I definitely recommend this place.

We saw the female PA wish I could remember her name, _ blonde, she was amazing. Listened to my adult son, advised took injury seriously and was very caring. She made us comfortable.clear instructions and advice. We never felt rushed. Would definitely go back to her for medical care and recommend.

We always see Lynn when we go to this location. She has the BEST bedside manner. Takes her time and answers questions. We mostly use the online check-in and never have a long wait. Staff is always pleasant and this facility is clean. I actually prefer this to our PCP, less wait time and better service.

The staff was warm, caring and friendly. My wait was short and the staff was extremely professional and well informed about what needed to happen and why. My visit was as enjoyable as it could have been. I would recommend it to others and return myself.

I have been there 3 times and everyone I came to contact with was extraordinarily helpful and friendly.

I would give 10 stars if I could. I went in for lingering lower back pain and leg numbness. I got checked in quickly only about 45 minutes. Lynn I believe her name was listened to my situation, helped me, developed a plan and got me feeling better. Everyone there was kind and patient. Just want to say thanks, I was in a lot of pain for days and am feeling much better now. Thanks a million.

This was my second visit to this Urgent Care.they are by far one of the best. Staff are friendly and helpful, Dr. Lynn and Bianca were so efficient and friendly. They got me taken care of and I walked out without the migraine I walked in with. My meds were called in to CVS and waiting for me.

Went in for a very painful small abcess under my armpit. The PA gave me options as to how to move forward with what to do with it. I decided in doing an I&D. She warned of the pain that would come when she would give the numbing shot. After the shot, she made sure I knew what she was doing as she was doing it. Very helpful and nice.

Excellent service able to WAHOO and be seen on time. Reception and triag were great and my NP Amy was thorough and very efficient.

Staff was prompt and professional and courteous but the online make your appointment doesn't really get to the staff or at least it didn't that day so once they knew then they were on it.but I had to fill out the same paperwork in the office that I did online don't understand this redundancy this would be the whole point of filling it out online so you don't have to go through that procedure when you get into the clinic.

Great people clean, easy on line appt, They listen, explained, I could even understand. I will tell everyone. Don't go to urgent care down street. Come here! Thankyou for outstanding care

Made an appointment first thing in the morning. In and out in about 20 minutes. Office was nice and clean and staff was very friendly.
