Nicolosi packed our furniture the first day then traveled and unloaded the next. Their team was experienced and functioned well as a team with good attitude and energy. We had no issues with the move. In addition, pricing was competitive. In order to quote the move they visited our home in advance to assess the contents and our needs.

So I had to go out to Arizona to help a family member move. I was beyond pleased and happy with how everything worked out. Nicolsoi was able to provide a quote quickly while making things happen for me as I waited last minute to find a mover. They were professional and handle all the furntiure and vauleables with such care. I would highly recommed using Nicolosi Moving & Storage!

We used Nicolosi to move out of our house and into our new home. They were responsive, helpful, and understanding when we asked to switch our moving date. Once the movers arrived, they immediately started running, and it seemed like they were sprinting for the entire 6 hours they were working. They were kind, upbeat, positive, helpful and hard working. They even helped us move some things around after they were finished so the furniture would be exactly where I wanted it. They were careful with our fragile items and never stopped working. We appreciate Nicolosi so much and will definitely recommend and use them in the future!

I hired a 3 man team because time was the issue.one guy stood around a lot not doing much, a lot of milking time and wasting time. People coming in and out with one thing in there hand, while loading. I was busy packing other things. It took them 20 mins to get to the storage which was 3/4 mile from the old house. During the drop off I start moving as much as I could out of the truck and into storage. As they were going slow again. 2 years ago I hired a 2 man moving team they moved all that same amount of stuff from storage and into the old house in 90 mins total. This took 3 hours. Half of a 20 ft truck filled. I won't ever do business with them again and told my ex co worker who is moving next week to stay clear of time wasters.

My recent move went reasonably well, but there were a few issues. Jack Nicolosi Jr.was very responsive t my complaints. He came out and made the necessary repairs. While it would have been nice to have had no problems, things happen. The next best thing is the company makes things right. That is what Jack did.

The 3 man team spent an excessive amount of time/hours playing tetris trying to make everything fit in a truck too small for a 2 bdrm condo. They ended up making two trips! Damaged my bed and a leather chair by not wrapping. Left my patio belongings claiming they would go back to get them the next day but never contacted me, never followed up and never retrieved them! I lost my security deposit from the place I moved out of! I had to pay full price with no recompense for the damages done until I filed a claim. Moving is stressful enough! Who has time for that? ! It's now been a week and no one has even made an attempt to follow up. The job was supposed to take 4 hrs. It took nearly 8. There are SO many other mover options. I would never use them again or recommend them. Movers claimed they were overworked, overscheduled and that the owner (or owner's son) should have assessed the job prior to sending them out. Just simply sloppy and poorly executed! Beyond disappointed. Owner claimed, "our reputation is everything, " but never held their end of the deal. Stay away!

I used Nicolosi Movers for a big move recently and their team was so quick and helpful. Jack was communicative with me leading up to the move, and made the moving process so smooth. The team was early and prepared. They went above and beyond what I expected.
