Brittany was absolutely amazing working with top notch customer service hands-down the best customer service I have received in a long time.

I went in a few times before I decided on a ring to replace my wedding band that I unfortunately lost in the Salt River a few years ago. Yes, I’m that picky that I’ve looked that long…lol. I checked out several other jewelry stores but I found myself coming back here because of the exceptional craftsmanship and the awesome customer service by all their down to earth reps, especially Shane. Their jewelry actually stands for something in which each piece has some meaning to it.

Since I’ve gotten my ring, I’ve had many people compliment it and ask where I got it from. I hope some of those people bring their business y’all’s way. I’ll definitely be back for several more pieces real soon.

Have had my eye on a chain and pendant from NightRider for sometime and was able to make it into the Fashion Square store. Went in looking for a certain sized chain which they didn't have in stock but could have easily been custom made. Found the pendant in the store and they showed me a couple options I hadn't thought about which was much appreciated. Though in the end I ultimately went with the chain I had in mind the NightRider Toggle (in a slightly different size which turned out to fit better) and the Pendant. I do battle anxiety which sometimes could be an issue though the staff were accoomidating and easy going regardless of how many times I asked to see ever-changing combos. Veteran friendly as well, verified my status on their website and taken care of. High quality American made pieces from NightRider.

I’ve an owner of 4 pieces of nightrider jewelry and had a warranty issue on one gold and Diamond piece because it kept snagging clothes and it was repaired but kept doing it and wanted to exchange it for another piece - I was offered 20- 30 percent of the original purchase price (about 3,000$). Covid has not allowed me to go in a store to resolve the issue in person for almost 2 years. I recently tried unsuccessfully to resolve despite gold prices having gone up significantly. They don’t stand behind their work. Lots of other choices out there. I will be melting down the pieces - including my DOBER and telling everyone that will listen. I thought the culture of the company was different,

Found this store shopping at the Fashion Square. This is hands down the best experience and customer service I have experienced in a jewelry store. Tony and Skyler are great guys who answer all of your questions, don’t pressure you to buy and make it personable and memorable. I love my new bracelet; I do have to warn that KR is addictive! Hope they come to NYC one day!

By far best customer service I have ever experienced. My family and I have been shopping at the one at Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall for years and have bought so many amazing pieces! If they don't carry it at that particular store they will track it down for you! And skyler is absolutely AMAZING! She is so patient and knowledgeable about every piece! I have been searching for years for a store that is familiar with an actual Maltese cross and not only does Knight Rider make pieces with an actual Maltese cross but they are very knowledgeable about the history and Skylar found me the perfect piece! Beautiful unique jewelry and Beyond quality craftsmanship. I would absolutely recommend this Jeweler to anybody looking for a a style like no other!

Fantastic store! Custom handmade jewelry, knowledgeable and personable staff (Skyler, Tony, Susan!), heirloom quality products, and a great overall experience. I’ve been getting a ring a year there and just picked up my third ring, love it more than I thought I would (and I had very high expectations!). It really is a great place.

Thurmopylae ring is hands down the most amazing ring I've ever seen. The craftsmanship that goes into this piece of art is awesome! I recently lost my Aquila ring and was crushed. I went into the store thinking I might buy it again but then I was introduced to this ring and I knew from the first time I layed my eyes on it I had to have it. I run Spartan races and am definitely going to be sporting this piece with me to all my races. Thanks Nightrider for this awesome piece of work.

Alex is amazing, super patient and didn’t push me into buying anything I couldn’t afford. Found a beautiful piece. (Fleur de lis band ring). I hastily chose my size, and they were super accommodating with the resizing - they even made me a brand new piece because they didn’t think it would come out perfect to size down the ring I got.

Already have a few new pieces I’m saving up for. Awesome jewelry, elite customer service, fun place to shop. I’d give it six stars if I could.

I wish they had more options in their lower-priced range, but I guess you get what you pay for — top dolla for top products and service.
