The fat lady that always wear eye contacts refused to help me or listen to my issue after paying $400 for rim repair And returning the next day. She asked for receipt after I gave it to her she refused to help me and I was very respectful. Idk what her issue was but every time I come she’s there with a stank attitude. So I will no longer be doing business with them. Also I called several other repair shops around the valley and they all refused to do any repairs on my rim after no limit tires and wheels worked on them because they don’t do things the right way they use epoxy instead of actually welding.

This place has the worst customer service ever. The girls don't know what they're doing they are usually on their phones. It's ridiculous and they make you wait for a long time. They don't have your stuff ready on time I had to drive three times back and forth because my rim repair was not ready when they told me it would be.

Highly recommend! Really helpful and generous people, i got to know them very well and this business is family operated, all employees give really good customer and very honest service here, i also got to sit down and relax in there comfy seats that almost just put you to sleep lol they always have the best movies playing and fresh popcorn to munch on. All my family members and i have been coming here for 7 years and always succeed to satisfied all our needs and wants.

I took my son's spare rim and tire to No Limit because they SPECIALIZE in big wheels. I went with my grandchild he went straight to kids chairs. We waited inside their waiting room which has a tv with movies playing for the family. Really great experience. They treated us like family thanks again guys for everything Blessings to everyone at this business.

Bad customer service, 2 of the employees told me 2 completely different things, they put the tire on wrong so now having to pay more to have it fixed, overall I do not recommend!

Very honest staff, girls also work here so its good to know and feel comfortable i don't get ripped off for being a girl my self lol this place may look expensive, but they actually have really good prices! Oh and they also work with you, so if your on a pacific budget or don't have much, they can workout a payment plan for you.thank you no limit for always looking out for me!

This place does pretty good repair jobs on wheels, not perfect, but it is good.

However, their customer service is horrible, lady gave me hard time just because I asked to see the rim of how it was repaired before I paid. She has the attitude lol.

Terrible experience. Would rate lower stars if possible. First, I had applied for financing through a company called Snap Finance and was approved for some money and wanted to get my Fiancé new rims as an anniversary gift. We found out that No Limit used Snap Finance so we went to ask a few questions. We started off by letting them know we were just looking because we had absolutely zero money on us. As we were looking at rims they let us know that Snap Finance would completely cover the cost of new rims and that we could have them put on that day for no cost until the payments started next month. We thought that was awesome so we picked a set and asked how long it would take because we were to be somewhere in about 2 hours. They reassured us that it would take less than an hour. It ended up taking closer to 3 hours due to the fact that they never told us the rims were all the way in Queen Creek. But nonetheless they seemed awesome and like they were really trying to help us out. Then while they were putting the rims on the car we asked how much tires would be because my vehicle needed them.they told us it would be $100/tire which didn’t sound bad. They then told me i could apply for Acimia - which was just like Snap Finance! Or so I thought. They failed to inform me that Acimia was going to charge me $55 just for APPLYING. I then see that they wanted that money and i told them i had no money just like how i had told them when we first arrived. They were kind enough (again so i thought) to understand my situation and said to just bring the $55 when i wanted new tires put on my car. We then asked if my Fiancé’s old rims could be put on my new tires when we choose to get them. They said yes and insisted we just leave the rims there until i wanted new tires - so we did which was a bad mistake. Come to the next morning my Fiancé gets on the freeway to drive to work and his car was shaking violently! When he got to work he was able to take the lugnuts off with his fingers! THEY NEVER TORQUED THE WHEELS DOWN! So at that point i didn’t really want them to put new tires on my car due to the fact that i couldn’t trust them to make sure they were on properly. So today i went to go pick up the rims my fiancé left there because we weren’t going to use them for my tires.once i get there they literally told me that they were going to hold my fiancés PERSONAL PROPERTY until i paid THEM $55 due to the Acimia application fee i didn’t pay. The employees and the manager there all seem very lazy and like they just don’t care about you. They also fail to communicate anything at all. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND - I WILL NEVER RETURN!

Coming to 10/10 at 6pm as you can see one of the managers replied twisting the words in my story making it look like my fiancé and myself did this all to ourselves. I do have the receipt that says nothing about paying the fee, just that they were holding my personal property. I’m a manager in training for a business, and if i had a bad review i sure as hell would be professional and apologize instead of sitting here calling them liars.

This place is the worst they have kids changing out your tires and they do not balance your tires when they say they do,
I took my car to discount tire after leaving this place and not only did they not balance my tires they mounted them the wrong way they
are directional tires and they put them backwards, they over charged me and try to say they give me a deal
This place will screw you over,
if you want to have kids put your tires on the wrong way and overfill them with air then go ahead and go to this place let me mention they charge 160$ for a tire that cost 49$ on amazon

They lied to me and way over quoted me and said they have the best deals in town and after I called another rim shop in front of them to get another quote to prove they have the worst deals in town they kicked me out either way I wouldn’t have let them work on my tires after seen they were having kids do the work

I wouldn’t be surprised if there reply is going to be “oh we don’t recall you” of course you wouldn’t recall been proven wrong in your own business

If you looking to get screwed over this is the spot to go. Never doing business with this place. Hope you guys don’t waste your time and money here.

Got my rim repaired there after falling into a pothole Crack my rim pretty badd and they fixed it thanks a lot I will definitely be coming back.

I stopped in here with a flat tire and bent rim, and I was expecting the worst. To my surprise, they were able to fix my tire and rim! I did drop off the tire in the morning and they did explain it would take almost all day to fix. I didn’t mind waiting because they saved me so much money! I am beyond happy with my experience here. They turned my horrible day into a great one. I highly recommend! Anjelica in the front office was super sweet and friendly.

Two time I had wheels repaired at N/L Both times came out great Also great deals on tires Had a weird size for a BMW and they beat Discount's price and included the balancing

Dont go to this place. U dont have to take take a 3 piece rim off to put on a tire u just flip the rim over. Was tricked into paying an extra $40 a rim. When i complained manager kicked me out.

Stay away, they lie to customers. Angelica said to come in, they had the wheels I was looking for in stock. I show up and they don’t have them and they had to order them. They requested a cash deposit because they had to order it and they “couldn’t use” my snap account money as a a deposit. When I returned Angelica their clerk gave a receipt from them and I was a bit upset because due to work obligations, I had to wait until the following week to get the merchandise. I was still shopping as I wanted the wheels yesterday, so I found a merchant with the wheels in stock, but as I attempted to use my snap account, I was unable to because No Limit used the money, which they told me they couldn’t in the first place and requested a deposit. Now I’m in limbo as Snap Finance paid them for something I don’t own, or have in my possession, or like they said, “they can’t use the snap money, cuz they can get in trouble” But they still did. When I spoke to Snap, they have to wait for the manager and Angelica calls me and says they have to keep my deposit because they ordered the wheels and it’s a cancellation cost. Which that doesn’t say on the receipt. Keep my deposit, and stop lying to customers.

A guy at this place has very bad attitude i called to get prices on a set of rims and and the guy basically blew me off and said i had to go in after i had told him it was a far drive for me has no want of selling needs better customer service
