Nojaim's Engraving, Phoenix AZ

I had a completely awesome experience. I felt like a valued customer on my first visit.

I was in the process of making hand-crafted leather gifts for my high-school graduating grandsons and wanted a company that would engrave their names and year on the belt clips I had for the gifts. My wife called trophy shops, jewelry stores, etc.in hopes of finding a place. Some didn’t engrave, and most of the ones that did had 2-3 weeks turnaround times. One place had a day turnaround but wanted to charge upwards of $85 per clip to do.

After the thirteenth disappointing phone call, she found Nojaim's and left a message (he wasn't open on Monday’s). We had really given up hope that we would find a way to get these things engraved but decided to wait until we heard back. He texted her back (on his day off!) to let her know his hours – that he would be open Tuesday. Tuesday morning, we went and spoke with Nojaim, and without any persuasion, he promised to work these items in around a couple of his larger jobs so we could get them later that day! When we picked them up a couple of hours later, they looked awesome! In addition, he charged only $40 for the set!
