Noni Noni Baby Cribs are in a class by themselves.

I just bought one of their full-size cribs for my first grandson. My experience from the first time I called their customer service number through delivery and set up (Dec 3,2022) has been overwhelmingly positive.

Noni Noni cribs are made in the USA! However, in contrast to other very expensive American cribs, these are affordable.the price is under $1000! While that may seem high, these cribs are gorgeous, custom made-to-order and the price compares to high-end cribs made in China! I willingly pay more for American-made products, but this time I got a much better deal at the same price point!

1. American-made and custom-built to order. Buyers can pick their crib color or colors (up to four) based on their own unique preferences.

2. Made from Baltic Birch plywood.much better quality than pine used in many other cribs.

3. Absolutely superior customer service. I called them once and emailed them at least six times. Every interaction was positive, professional and timely. Noni Noni employees set the standard for a positive customer experience. Despite the fact they are across the country and we never met face-to-face, they always made me feel like a valued customer.

4. Stress-free crib assembly. I read their story and I understood Carina's frustration trying to find a reasonably priced American-made crib. I watched videos where Ruben demonstrates how easy crib set-up is, but I was skeptical.he designed the crib-it makes sense he can assemble it without issue. I figured it had to be too good to be true.

Ruben's demo isn't a marketing ploy! The man is a genius and the crib he designed is amazing. The Noni Noni team wrapped the crib so well for shipping, it took us longer to open and unwrap it than it did to assemble. It took less than five minutes to put the crib together. FIVE MINUTES and not one negative expletive during assembly.

My grandson hasn't arrived yet, but I know he will be comfortable and safe in his amazing crib. I am grateful to the Noni Noni team for all of their help, for offering a superior product, and for the best long-distance purchase experience I've ever had.
