Clean and well organized store. Store's merchandise is mainly clothing apparel and shoes.

I applied and went in for an interview.it was so stuck-up, cold, uncomfortable, and there were just so many judgemental eyes on me.i couldn't imagine working there or even shopping there.plus the clothes are lowkey ugly but not surprising consider the demographic is Karen central lmfao.anyway this place sucks and i wouldn't be shocked if i was called a slur in there lmao.honestly very glad i did not get the job and i will never return.i hope Holly reads this bc girl you were the least personable human i've ever met like miss thing focus on living, laughing, and loving lmfao anyway just wanted to clown on this place bc it's so bad

Terrible customer service. They wouldn’t let me return brand new shoes and pants. Did not offer store credit and the manager says why don’t you try and regift it. WOW absolutely insane service

Very disappointed, nothing like a Nordstrom. This felt just like Ross, a lot of random styles and sizes all on one rack.

Not a fan of the gender neutral dressing rooms with my daughters, we will no longer shop at any Nordstrom stores.

Rude customer service and manager. Return line took forever and then they told me I had to go to Scottsdale to return. I made the drive from queen creek so Scottsdale is super far from me. Lesson learned don’t buy from Nordstrom anymore.

Some great deals, just be willing to look around.you'll likely find something you like for a great price

Horrible experience with management really hearing me out on making an exception for a return. The product is new and unused and still going for the same price but yet they REFUSED to do an exchange because it was outside of their return policy period. Exceptions can always be made at managers discretion and they refused to look at the bigger picture! Just horrible experience especially since I always shop there!

I'm from out of town and haven't been here before. Great selection, great prices, and I enjoyed it a little too much!

Came here because we ate at shake shack and we wanted to walk off some of those calories.

This venue is at a huge outlet mall. I came in here just to walk around. The place was crowded and had plenty of items. The checkout line is long but the cashiers move fast.

I love Last Chance. But, I just had a horrible experience. A cashier stole one of my bags (or was just incompetent). Normally, the cashiers are amazing, moving everyone through the checkout line quickly. This cashier was too busy talking and laughing to the other cashiers to pay attention to what she was doing. At first it was funny, but after 20 mins it was annoying. When we got 3 bags, we were so glad to get out of there, and we assumed she gave us all bags, we did not even think about looking inside, but she missed one. (Maybe she gave it to the next customer) I live across town, and it was a major pain to go back to the store to get it taken care of. The assistant manager said he would review the tape and get back to me 24-48 hrs. It was over 48 hrs when he finally called back and said we got 3 bags and he was not going to investigate any further. I was frustrated and mad.we still do not know where the 4th bag is, and he will not refund the stolen items. I had to dispute the transaction with my CC company and got my money back. So everything turned out OK, but I really wish I could have settled it with Last Chance instead.

When you don't think you'll find what you're looking for at a discounted store, it surprises you and you find exactly what you were looking for after failed attempts at 6 other stores. Will be my go to first from now on but still pricey for "discounted". The cashier (male blonde) was super nice and helpful, appreciated his time with our purchase.

My son's and I have big feet so coming here is a no brainer for us when it comes to shoe shopping!

Tiegan and Kaylee are great! Tiegan was so wonderful as I waited for my son to try on clothes. Thanks for making the experience a positive one. Kaylee was so helpful in trying to find the right size shirt for my son.

Great selection and prices. Clearance stuff can get pretty cheap, and has a good selection of shoes, really good choice for formal shoes.

Maybe it is this location or else it is the current state of the business, the selection is somewhat minimal

A very comfortable and rewarding experience at Nordstrom Rack excellent customer service prices very fair and some very good sale prices always a joy to shop at the store
