Nordstrom Rack Chandler Festival

DANG! GOOD DEAL ON SHOES, FROM 2020 AND 2021. NOT LIKE AT ROSS WHO ARE TRYING TO SELL NIKES FROM 2017 AND 2018. TOO OLD FOR ME.

It was fairly busy on the day that I was there. Which was really nice to see. I found several things that I thought were of good quality and at affordable price.

I've not been in here in ages just stopped by to take a look more expensive than I thought it would be

I am in love with the shoes here! There are so many shoes available for each size and and for the half sizes! I also had a great experience with a worker named Ashqaw or Ashwaq, I'm not sure how the name was spelled but she seemed like she knew what she was doing and helped me when I had a problem, I dont know how much she makes, but definitely give her a raise!

Great selection of shoes and BIG savings! They have everything from under $20. To up in the 100's. Nice friendly service as well!

Love the post COVID 19 experience. The staff were great. Plus, you must wear a mask at this time & they were handing them out.

While I have not shopped at a Nordstrom Rack before it is very similar to other stores. There were allot of options to choose from in the store and we did make a large purchase. I don't recall interacting with any staff while looking around the store. Checkout was routine. A few days later I decided to return some items and the cashier at the checkout was so nice and very helpful. It was fast and no questions asked. Certainly worth visiting this store!

Many choices at this store. They have a lot of designer stuff here, but out of all the discount stores, I find this is the most expensive.

Really nice selection of name brands, I find something great every time I go but the big downside to me is that the employees tend to be strange and unfriendly. I would say there has been a couple occasions where they were rude. I'm a pretty mild mannered person so not too sure why that cannot be reciprocated.

It was a well laid out store with really nice and helpful employees. I was able to find a solid colored ball cap in style that is hard to find for my husband, so that was cool! But hardxas I try could NOT find a single top or cardigan for myself. Everything I looked at was just strange it seemed, a lot of oversized and shorter styles items too. Some things the quality didn't seem good. I've shopped Nordstrom Racks in Orange County and this was no comparison. Was excited to finally live close to one, very disappointing.

My favorite place to but my shoes good prices And I buy my sunglasses there cheap for designer glasses! Worth it all the time I wish they'd stock up on more Brook's shoes

This one is ok, but I like the one at Tempe Marketplace much better. One thing I really don't like here is they only put out one shoe, so if you find something you like, you have to go to a counter and ask for the mate.

This is not a review of the store. This is just a message to the thief who stole my Ray Ban sunglasses in the fitting room last week. Hey thief if you are reading this, I hope you stop stealing people’s stuff.

I do love shopping here but my biggest complaint would be the consistent long lines to check out. Other than that i do love the options and savings I find

Best place to snag awesome makeup brands like Urban Decay and Mac at super low prices! Love this place!

Want to impressed with their small selections of clothes. The changing rooms was a mess but the staff sounded like they were trying to get it under control.

Worst shoe section I've ever seen! Not in boxes, they're just laying all over the place and you have to dig through them! I won't be back!

Terrible customer service after trying to return an item that was clearly a manufacturer issue. I took the same item down to Famous Footwear a couple doors down and they said that they would absolutely take back a shoe that looked the way these did after two weeks from the purchase.

Actually good store with decent prices. Not as big as other Nordstrom rack I have seen but this was a convenient location. It has what I needed and there were other stores nearby I needed too. So I liked my visit and shopping trip.
