Nordstrom Rack The Shops At Town and Country, Phoenix AZ

I went on to return a dress i purchased in seattle that was too large and bring in a jacket to alterations to change buttons. Mr Lee is the best - despite being busy he patiently explained what needed to happen w my gucci jacket. Super cheap $6 to change 6 buttons. I also lost my keys - but the staff found them. So much clearance sunglasses and clothing and the clearance shoes are an extra 40% off. The staff is nice both on the registers and the floors

Security kept following me like I was gonna steal, It’s annoying having to deal with people like this. Like I got bread, don’t worry about me, lol.

Love this store, definitely better prices on name brand products, just wish they had more clothing options for my son. Very nice location.

Out of all the Nordstrom racks I’ve been to this is by far my favorite! The service is so friendly - from when you’re greeted at the door to security to checking out. Orlando was very helpful when assisting with opening a retail card. The store is also well organized and cleaned. They do a great job keeping the dressings rooms well sanitized during this time as well!

Shopped yesterday with my sister.found such great deals.all of the staff we dealt with were helpful and very pleasant.but the outstanding employee for us was Jay G.at the register! So very helpful and really made our day! Tried to take survey to compliment him but survey was closed.

Great service, John that works in men's knew exactly the look I was going for and for the price I wanted to spend. This location also has a tailor that was also very helpful!

This location is at the Town & Country Mall, next door to Snooze. We went shopping after we ate a yummy breakfast. Great place to get some new shoes!

This is a great more or less mainstream store that has very good selections of all clothing items. They don't always have everything you want though, but they come pretty close and the prices are good.

Pretty much my favorite store of all time! I LOVE that I can buy online and easily return what doesnt fit! So accommodating!

Still lacking follow up. After Rack left message here for me to call them, I did within 24 hours, left a message on vm and have never gotten a return call. Just put the wheelchairs at the front of the store, please.

They now have this female new hire whoi. I find really beautiful.she is filpina like myself (only half) but who also is from san diego! Her old man better not lose ground with one cause om all ocsr it given the oppirtunity!

High priced name brands just a little less expensive than in their marble floored overpriced locations.

Standard outlet store for Nordstrom. Shoes seem to be the best values, if they have the style that you want in the size that you need. Men's area is large and there is usually a good selection. While this is an outlet, it's still a Nordstrom outlet, so the discounted prices are still high. It's attached to Town & Country which is an oustide shopping center and worth a walk around.

Great place to shop. Really look at the prices, some aren't that far off the normal store prices and the items are all last season at least. However, the prices on shoes are FANTASTIC! And the selection is great.

Definitely felt a little uncomfortable from the moment I walked in.
Staff there seems to be a little bit stuck on themselves.
I feel more comfortable at the real store at Fashion Mall.

Horrible selection unless the majority of people in your life call you "dad. " Prices are insanely high.

Huge discounts on the same stuff you will find in Nordstroms. I check in periodically for a specific OluKai shoe that I would swear by. When they have them in they are $30-$40 cheaper.

This store is always clean and dressing room attendants are friendly! Occasionally the service is slow to check-out.

Clean store, great location and nice people working at this location. Nordstrom Rack does not disappoint!
