25I was at the men's area about to purchase a very expensive belt and needed someone to check to see if they have the size I needed. The same associate asked the older gentlemen who was in the same section literally standing next to me THREE SEPARATE TIMES if he needed help with anything while I was ignored the whole time. Obviously they are selective in who they want to help.
Nordstrom is the best department store. Their customer service is impeccable and they always have a lot of great choices for the season. What is best is they can always order anything online if it's not in store and exchanges/returns.
This place is like my happy zone - except yesterday afternoon, I was ready to buy a $700 Rag and Bone crossbody and some guy in a bowtie and some lady he couldn't stop talking with ignored me, I was not dressed nice (work out clothes) (jill spoke to me after she helped a client but I was already mad) so I left and bought something like it from Neiman online! Sorry dummies in the purse area!
Quality items at high prices. Helpful staff and clean restrooms. Parking garage adjacent for easy in and out of store.
This is a great place to go when you need nice things and can afford to buy them. I grew up with hand-me-downs. So, when I walk through Nordstrom, I only buy what I need.
If your job requires you to look well off, Nordstrom won't let you down.
