Everyone always so friendly and professional, I felt like I was in good hands. It is common to feel minimized by medical staff but I did not feel that here by anyone, I feel confident continuing care here

The wait in the lobby is typically minimal for an appointment, which is really nice. Although waiting with a toddler can get dull for them, and I wish there was more toys or activities there. They have a little table, computers that don’t work, and a very worn down wooden toy attached to the wall under the TV. These mildly entertaining pieces could use some updating.
For this appointment in particular we did a nurses visit to get some vaccinations. I was a little disappointed because we were not able to get the vaccine we wanted that day. What made up for this was the amazing medical assistant who took care of us that day. She is so sweet and every time I go there I am happy when I see that she’s the one helping us. She has a great personality and really tries to work through problems to get a positive result and make her patients happy.

The residents and staff are amazing and always answer my questions to the best of their abilities.

This place doesn’t know how to do anything and every time I go there I also have something bad with my teeth I keep bleeding and my gum is cut this one girl named Lydia doesn’t know how to do her job and did a bag job on my teeth I recommend not going to this one

I had been looking for a good gyno ologist for a long time…went to several…was not happy…until I found Dr. Wilson…. She is truely amazing…. She listens go your fears, gives you options…explains everything in detail.knows what to do in difficult situations…. As i am a chicken when it comes to any kind of procedure…. I do totally trust Dr. Wilson…. Thank you for everything……

Its was cordial and at the same time, I didn"t have to wait long. Dr. Jacob Summan is the best kind, patient and knows how to listen and explain s Whats is happening and the processes of my health carece. Everything was excellent

I arrived to the emergency department at 8am. I was told that there was a long wait and I told them to put me in a queue. I sat for hours watching people get called into the office while I was ignored. I then started to realize that they were calling people in that arrived hours after I did. Some say for a mere 30 minutes before getting called in while I was reaching hour 4 of waiting with no word. I was then called, but it was to ask me if I wanted to come back at 1pm. After waiting for hours to get seen, I was the only one in the lobby that they asked to leave and come back. I’m not sure why, but this has been the most excruciating experience I have had in a medical office. At 12: 45 I was told they were leaving for lunch and that I should come back. I told them that I had another appointment, to which they replied that I should just go to that because they were informed that they may not even be able to see me today. 5 hours waiting, not once did they think to mention anything about that. 5 hours I sat in pain and they didn’t care one bit. No communication, no remorse. To think these are people working in an emergency department where people turn to as a last resort. They sat and watched as I waited in pain. I don’t like to call victim and say this is discrimination, but I was the only black person in the waiting room that was waiting as long as I did. I’ve never felt such demeaning behavior from a place that I simply went to find help. Do yourselves a favor, find somewhere else

Really friendly and helpful staff and doctors. Quick but attentive and went above and beyond. Would recommend.

Didn't spend a lot of time in the waiting room, and the doc was pleasant enough. Was in and out in no time flat.
