Had lunch and was wonderful, the team seemed to enjoy it as well. Loved the atmosphere and the vibe, very casual but still felt luxurious.

Our family loves this spot. We've celebrated 3 birthdays with a fairly large group, and the food and service are always great. It gets busy and a little loud, but it feels like a huge family dinner. The staff, the guests, everyone seems to chat with everyone. We love it here!

This was a really cool area. They have great food, a cool atmosphere and also a really interesting venue. The server we had was awesome and offered up some great advice on food. The pizza was definitely worth the wait.

Always such a great time at the North Italia at La Encantada. This one is particularly my favorite since the staff are always very friendly, and service is just 10/10. The food is always great here, especially the Strozzapreti. Just an amazing restaurant to spend the evening, always a great place to go to.

Beautiful views with big windows. Reservations were for window seating.we were right under the meat slicer. $20. For a kids meal? And it was medocor at best. Salad had more kale than anything and very small. Service was so slow.lunch. 2 hours! Had to wait over 15 minutes for the check! Not worth the money!

The food was great! We ordered lunch one day and dinner another. The only reason I'm not testing it 5 stars is because we didn't actually eat there. We got our food to go and brought it back to the villa. The limited interaction I had with staff was fine. Everyone was friendly. The staff didn't really stand out in my mind, but again, we didn't dine-in so they didn't really have an opportunity to. The atmosphere when I went to pick up my food was noisey and somewhat crowded but (yet again) I didn't dine-in, so take the review of atmosphere with a grain of salt.

These guys are awesome. The food is great and we keep coming back for more. We had a really long wait at our table and missed our movie for my wife’s birthday. The staff tonight went above and beyond to make sure my wife had an amazing birthday regardless. The wait was long but their customer service was great. Thank you to Kyle, Zoe, and everyone else that took care of us tonight.

Perfect for lunch. Had the chicken Caesar salad. Plenty of chicken, greens were very fresh and the dressing perfect.

I've gone 3 times this year already.first off, wait staff - attentive and always make sure they go just a little above and beyond! Highly recommend the beef tenderloin masala! Ordered it medium rare and it was perfect! Extremely flavorful. The pasta dishes are good, but not extraordinary. White truffle garlic bread is also pretty good. Atmosphere is great! It worked for serious conversations, people watching and just relaxing.

Spicy Meatball Pizza is a symphony of flavor! Chicken Parmesan is a spectacle of satiety offering a crunchy harmony of flavorful sauce and nourishing protein. ️️️️️
Service was courteous, cheerful, prompt, attentive, but not intrusive. Lovely patio despite triple digit ambient temperatures. My first visit was pleasant enough that this will be the site for upcoming family gatherings

I got food poisoning from eating their Italian donut, which is filled with something that’s supposed to be like a vanilla custard but it was spoiled. Very sour. I thought it was lemon so I ate one. Sick now.

They comped it but still, don’t be an idiot like me and assume something is fine even if it tastes off.

Other than that, the food was delicious

The food is excellent and the service was great as well. Everything came out quick and hot. This place is a must go to.

We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary, we made a reservation for 7: 30 pm we sat at a table at 8: 10 pm! The dish I ordered didn't have.: pasta with burrata! Now 9: 10our dinner still hasn't arrived! My pasta came raw very different from al dente, and the children's pizza came without crunch and raw! Our dinner was terrible and very time consuming!

I actually didn't have any of their meals, and only had Tiramisu and I was blown away. Every Italian restaurant I go to, I rate them by their Tiramisu and this one had by far the best I have ever had. Service and atmosphere were great as well.

Told a 20 minute wait. Then was made to wait an hour and 45 then, Were told it would be another hour and not guaranteed. Communicate with your guests better. We had to stand in the heat then rain. Then told us sorry we didn't plan correctly. It was really insulting to our time. Even reservations were being turned away. Give better estimates and we would have gladly said ok, another time. But our night was instead waisted for nothing. Poor management. I won't be returning after that. I used to love that place and it ruined a birthday night for a new guest, my father and his friends.

Saturday night and busy! Did we care? Nope! Service was great and so was the food. Don't go to this place if you're in a hurry. If you're looking for good food, great drinks and an upbeat atmosphere, then make a reservation and wear your stretchy pants!

Arrived for reservation table not ready, nowhere to wait lobby is non-existent.
Hot, loud young hostesses give little response or care and tell you 2 minutes and then another 15 minutes go by standing by the hot front doors, I would get rid of their jugs of water and phones at hostess stand, if customer is supposed to stand with nowhere to wait and suffer then the help can put away their phones and water bottles.
Floor staff could use makeover tight jeans on young men and women is not why I went out to dinner.
We got one of the worst tables right in middle of over the top noisey hectic dining room.
Reservation made a week before and this is what we get, acoustics so bad. Staff all over the place all the food arrived on top of each other, salads, entres.

Prices reflect something different.
Staff is young, not well trained, seem to huddle in groups everywhere.
Again, clean up hostess stand, tacky water bottles and phones need to go and train young girls to communicate! When asked about reservation at least learn how to reply instead of ignoring and or checking out and acting like a zombie.
Lemon for water finally arrived, awful looking pieces looked like they were stepped on and sitting around for hours just didn't.
Glass of wine ordered it was a good twenty minutes or so another person arrives pours it into glasses doesn't say a word or pick glass up.
I just can't figure out why management wants such inexperienced and disconnect young staff in tight jeans that need to go get them som clothes that fit.
Tip was given, just wanted to get out of the place felt sorry for all of them. Very apparent most of not all of them never eat out or go out to experience a real restaurant.

Called to actually talk to a manager, young guy Matt Tuesday left me waiting over ten minutes two phone calls later and tells me he is busy opening dining room for lunch.
Took my name and number promised to call back in a few minutes two days later no call back
Just more reason not to return

My reservation was at 7: 30 and I just got my table at 8: 10, food not that good my pasta was undercooked. Do not recommend

We waited over an hour for a table even though we were confirmed 2nd on the waitlist. We ended up the other person taking another reservation to get seated earlier. We were then sat on the patio which was hot and muggy as a storm rolled in.
The food was pretty good but we had to ask for bread.
The place was crowded and very loud. We left feeling nauseous from the heat. It was my birthday dinner and we didnt even want to stay for dessert.

Superb! The prices are great and the potions are generous. I look forward to exploring the menu. Perfezione!
