I went in one day was given a price and when I returned a day later they lowered the offer they gave me. Very shady on honoring their word. I would not recommend doing business with them

I got a great deal on a brand-new laptop. The staff was very friendly and I even had a few laughs. This is my favorite pawn shop in this area. They are fair and treat you right

I've been going to North Phoenix Pawn for about 10 years. They are always courteous and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. Ever since I found 10k in cash at my old house and brought it to them, I've been a loyal customer ever since. Keep up the good work guys. Love you guys!

Went in yesterday to sell an item and from the start of the transaction to the end, they were very friendly and welcoming. They even explained the reasoning behind the price they were able to offer and even show me exactly why it was. I've never been to a pawn shop were they take the time to explain why and even show you first hand as to why. I will be giving my business again for sure, rather its buying or selling.

Low Ballers! Dont go here
Went to this place 3/31/2019- they said they can give me $100 for two items. Went up the street to Pawn 1st. They gave me double what these low ballers try to give me. Saying $120 is stretching it.
Need money. Dont go there!

Updating; no it was $150 for the phone and $50 for the robot. I think that doubles it.

DO NOT GO THERE! The first guy offered me $30 and then Another guy came out and offered me $10 for an $85 jack bundle that I had only used once and most of the pieces hadn’t even been used yet. The owner talks down to you and degrades you if you disagree with what they say. Just because he’s 100 years old, He thinks he knows more than you. Took my jack to the pawn shop at metro and got $40 for it.

Great shop! Large selection and fair prices. Staff here is friendly and courteous. I've been in a couple times. Once looking for a gun, another time looking for a gift. Haven't had a bad experience. Check em out

I first went to North Phoenix Pawn in 1997. My house got robbed and I was looking to see if anyone tried to pawn my stuff. They were helpful and seemed sympathetic to my situation. My stuff did not turn up but they sold me a pretty nice television a couple weeks later at a reduced price to help me out
North Phoenix Pawn is the most honest and fair Pawn shop there is whether you are buying or selling they understand your needs and work hard to understand the customer needs

They’re very knowledgeable about their stuff so when shopping for those big screens you may want, they help you make the best decision on what you’re looking for! Huge inventory to chose from you could be in there for quite some time checking everything out!

North Phoenix Pawn is great. My wife and I have done business on several occasions with them. We have bought and lost stuff there. We started going there about 6 years ago.
