Dr. Heiman, Dr. Earnie and the staff have done a fantastic job caring for my 3 boys dental care over the years. They have gone out of their way to accommodate my 16 year old that has autism and I really appreciate it. Dr. Heimann (and Dr. Earnie too) is so incredibly gentle and kind. Thank you so much!

Wonderful, caring staff! So nice to visit a kid's dental office where you aren't herded through like cattle. The dentist and the assistant spent time with my son and with me to make sure we understood my son's treatment plan. Definitely recommend North Phoenix Pediatric Dentistry!

The best experience for my son who is Autistic. He has been going here since he was 2 years old. Great staff who are all kind and supportive. I highly recommend anyone who has a special needs or anxious child to come here.

Dr Heiman has been all 3 of mykids dentist. He is the most caring man he always calls and checks on them if they had work done. He's so sweet to. The girls up front are always so nice as well, they make scheduling very easy and will work with you if needed. Love this dentist

I want to start out by saying thank you to the amazing staff there at North Phoenix Pediatric Dentistry! They were amazing with my 3yr.old daugther! They kept her smiling the whole time there! The dr was amazing as well! The office was amazing had activites there for the children to play with! I would recommend this place! Like I said im am one happy mother! I come all the way from peoria to go to them! They are the best!

Dr. Heimann and his entire staff made my daughter’s experience so incredible! He has a 20+ year history of caring for my own siblings. And I’m so grateful my mom {Tiffany’s grandmother} recommended me take my daughter to him for her cavities. He put mine and my husband’s minds at ease with how he approached her needs. He explained our options and made it abundantly clear General Anesthesia was NOT our only option, as another Dentist had stated. He took such amazing care of our daughter, I can’t even begin to describe my relief! Thank you Dr. Heimann, for being so amazing! You and your staff went above and beyond for miss Tiffany! Was not pleased with this dentist.dr.heimann insulted my child. He's so focused on doing a root canal on a molar that clearly needs to be extracted.his bedside manners are poor. His skills reflect his bedside manners.would not take my children's to such an awful dentist.

Really great! I just let my son go back by himself and he did do soooo much better than trying to go with him, and then he pulls back a little. Very good experience.:) Thanks

First they let me change my appointment last minute to a later time same day. Which is pretty much unheard of. This way my daughter could go to her last school assembly. Next we were in and out of there in twenty minutes. And on the way home she said this time went so easy. Her fears has subsided. Last when I paid the bill. It wasn't half of what I was expecting. Thank you all

This is a great office both of my kids love going to see Dr. Ernie. They know how to calm them down n not be afraid of a dentist. The whole staff at the office is very professional and ver nice.

My son was afraid of the Dentist prior to his bad experience. I found this place by a family reference and I love this place because they have great service and awesome kid friendly environment.
I forgot to mention that the doctor personally calls you to ask how your child is doing. The calls can be late in evening but I feel that Dr. Heimann made the extra time for us.
My son had a big day at the dentist and Dr. Heimann answered all my questions.

If you want a personal experience where very much attention is given to you and your child, you are doing yourself and your child a disservice if you don't come hhere

Dr. Heimann is a good Dentist. I love how He is with My 3 Kids. Special that He always has a lots of patience with them. Workers their are also so nice and helpfull. Thank You all for Everything.

Best place ever. Staff is amazing and caring. The office is clean and comfortable. Dentists are the best I have ever met. They always make my children feel comfortable and listen to them. I have been taking my boys there for years and would never take them to anyone else. My boys love all the staff members and are excited to go to the dentist! Would recommend them to everyone.

My daughter has been seeing Dr Heiman since 2008, she has over come her anxiety and is able to go back by herself. The doctor and staff are very caring and patient with both of my daughters love everything about this office!

The staff at North Phoenix Pediatric Dentistry is very nice and helpful. The doctors are friendly and thorough when explaining treatments.

Dr Heimann's office makes going to the dentist a breeze for my son. Everyone is super nice and my son enjoys going to the dentist.
