North Scottsdale Dental is a welcoming practice. Dr. Kroll is proactive in his approach to your dental care, and is available off hours if you call as a patient with emergencies.
This is very much appreciated!
I also love the fact that the dental equipment is modern and up to date in this office… and if you need a crown it could be done as you wait, which is great.
I must also acknowledge Penny, who for years has always been so welcoming, and accommodating when scheduling.
All of the hygienist’s are knowledgeable, and offer suggestions for care as needed.
Office is always clean and pleasant.
Only recommendation would be on occasion, extended hours for patients that work, where it is sometimes challenging during 9-5 hours.

Best dental office I’ve ever been to. Everyone is so friendly and has your best interest at hand. Penny does an among job remembering you and making you feel welcomed the moment you speak to her on the phone and step into the office. Dr. Kroll is the best- friendly and you can tell he cares about his patients. There are closer dental places to me but I will forever drive the 20 minutes to go to the best.

Dr. Kroll and the team at North Scottsdale Dental are like family. I’ve been going to this office for about 10 years and I don’t think I’ll ever change. From Penny in the front office to my hygienist Lauren (who actually was able to whiten my smile just by a more deep and thorough cleaning) the ladies of the office are amazing. Dr. Kroll is as compassionate and patient as he is efficient and skilled at restorations.
Like many people, I tend to feel anxious in medical settings and the dentist office is no exception. It’s always been hard finding great medical providers and it’s only getting harder in this post Covid world. If you’re looking for a new dentist, this is the place. Even if you’re not in the neighborhood they’re worth the drive.

First visit, and new dentist in over a decade so this was a test for making this practice my next regular dental office.
Staff was very nice, timely, and professional. Hygienist Lauren did a nice job on cleaning my teeth and talking me through her steps in advance. Dr. Kroll was welcoming and addressed all questions. I would recommend them, and plan to see them again for my next visit.

Great staff from the front office to the hygienist to the doc. I am not the most relaxed dental patient but always trust I am in good hands. Highly recommend.
