I have always got good service and the staff take good care of the thing that I need help with and the medical care that they give is very professional. Thank you to all staff.

My orthopedic doctor of 40 years Dr. Richard J. Emerson passed away so this was my first visit with Dr Cashmore who agreed to take over my industrial lifetime supportive care. Dr. Cashmore was very nice and listened intently about my accident and many orthopedic and spinal injuries and complications after both total knee replacements. Dr. Cashmore recommended/wrote a prescription start physical therapy 3 times per week to strengthen my quad muscles that were damaged during the MUA of my leg 6 weeks after surgery due to only 15°-20° of range of motion and severe swelling. My records weren't sent to him as I had requested in July, so I signed medical records release forms so that Dr Cashmore could get my records so he can form a treatment plan. While we wait for records I was scheduled for appointments with CORE for the foot doctor so that I can get the correct orthotics and orthopedic shoes.

Sienna is a wonderful lady! She listens, which makes all the difference. She helped me make educated decisions, through surgery and my follow up appointments. Sienna is a amazing team member!

Excellent experience with Dr Lewicky. He spent extra time showing and explaining my xrays to me.explained all my options going forward.

I saw the "doctors" on multiple occasions just to be told the same thing over & over.after finally referring me for an MRI I again returned for multiple epidural injections only then to be told I need surgery to fix my "issue" which I've had for more than half my life & has yet to cause any pain nor will it according to a new specialist im seeing in Mesa, AZ who actually took time to go over not only my new MRIs but, my old ones as well in detail pointing out the actual cause of pain & the again "issue" they wanted to operate on, which would have done nothing more than line their pockets & cause me grief later if not sooner.keep in mind, all out of pocket for me so surgery was set up fast & that appointment was set quickest of them all. 2 days prior to surgery I recieved a call about my new health coverage I had meanwhile applied for, I called to let them know that I was covered & that was good news for me no longer 15-20 thousands for the surgery, plus the hospital fee i was told would probably be around 14 thousand per night & i would need to stay for at the most 2 days. During this call I was treated like a piece of trash & pretty much reprimanded "were going to now have to submit this & they'll probably decline coverage & now we'll have to reschedule". At this point I had been in pain for about a year. I did end up not scheduling surgery with them & found someone who listened to what I had to say, took time to not only find my actual issue but, go over everything with me & recommend treatment that worked & it had nothing to do with what the core had in mind, far from it. I would not have even left such a crummy review but, I just recieved an Email checking up on me for their "1 year after surgery" questionnaire/review.guys, I never had surgery with you.so why follow up on one?
Oh & by the way, thanks for keeping me in pain an additional year of my life.busted me physically, mentally & hit my pockets pretty hard too.thanks core

I have always been treated quickly and efficiently, with kindness and great care at northern Arizona orthopedics. If I ever have reason to seek out an orthopedic specialist again I will come here. This is my 3rd time they have treated me

I told her I thought it may have been muscle or tendon related and I got no confirmation that a MRI was possible. Although I do understand that policy and procedures need to be followed.

The wait time was not long at all, fast friendly service. The staff were all nice and got me through the process in sufficient time.

Caring, understanding, completely sharing of treatment options and careful to be sure care is such that insurance will cover.

I had a great experience with NAO. The check-in process was quick and efficient. Dr. Obrock put me at ease, he was attentive and knowledgeable.

The care was great, their telephone system was anything but great. Try calling. First, you get the typical automated system telling you that "if this is a medical emergency, hang up and call 911". Of course, they all do that but. The difficult part is the service seems pretty good. You get in fast and the doc was great. It's the fact that you can't actually call directly to PT. Just takes so long to get past the menus.

Dr was truthful and honest about the procedure! It’s been a true blessing so far the pain is gone from my lower back and is so amazing!

Made me feel at ease right away. Explained everything in a way I could understand. Would definitely recommend him.

A little hard to find if your new to the area, but it is new and very clean and the staff are super nice. The doctor and the PA's are great!
