Very professional and friendly staff, has a great selection of eye glasses. My experience was very prompt yet personable and I appreciate that they work with my insurance (many chain optometrist locations like Nationwide Vision don’t accept my insurance) also they are very reasonably priced!

This was the best eye Care center I have ever visited! The Dr was great and funny, the staff was EXCEPTIONAL I didn't want to leave after I was all finished I wanted to stay and hang out. The selection wasn't that large but I will continue to come back! I love the people!

I've been seeing Dr. Chung for 7 years. She is personable, thorough and knowledgeable. In fact she and the office staff are so awesome that I now drive 45 minutes for my appointments. It is worth it!

I gave this office the benefit of the doubt too many times - It was conveniently located very close to my home. One time I had an appointment at 7: 30AM - The doctor did not show up by 8AM so I had to leave, and the receptionist gave me attitude when I said I could not wait any longer. They can never come to an agreement on what prescription I actually need and the last time they quoted me something in the office and when I called with my credit card ready to pay the price had gone up from $30.00 out of pocket to $150.00 out of pocket. I really wanted to come back and talk to one of the doctors about the service the front desk people are providing but I did not want to waste any more of my time.

My family, including my 2 kids, have been seeing Dr. Chung for about 3 years now. She is efficient, thorough, and knowledgeable. She is especially remarkable with kids. Her office staff is friendly and helpful and her opticians are excellent. This optometrist and her office are a real find and gem for North Central Phoenix!

They sell mira flex glasses for babies so I went there. But they do not offer the same or really any warantee like our regular eye doc does. Had I known this I would have never gone here I would have paid full price at our eye docs rather than use our vision insurance here. Now my visually impaired toddler has nothing.

The new doctor here, Dr. Pham is exceptional! He is detailed and thorough and makes you feel like he genuinely cares about you, which is rare to find. The office staff is always courteous and welcomes you with a smile. I've been here during different times, whether slow or busy, I've always been attended with a cheerful and helpful demeanor. The optician is lovely to work with as she takes her time to find the right frame to suit your specific taste or style. Kudos, Northern Ave Eye Care team, for great customer service!

The staff at Northern Avenue Eye Care is the nicest and most helpful of any eye care, dentist, or medical office I've ever visited. They will go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. I'll be going back.
