3 APALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I had made an appointment for an Esophagram for today at 9: 30am, I got there and did all the paperwork and by then it was 10: 20am. They sent me to the radiology reception desk where they told me to have a seat and wait to be called. I could see people that had gotten there after me being called in so I went to the desk to ask why I was still waiting. The receptionist said she didn't know why since I was the only patient listed to have that kind of test, all the other patients that had gone in where having something else done. I waited 10 mins more and left. Although that is the closest facility to me I will make an appointment somewhere else.

Staff and everything was great.
Northwest Women's Imaging refused to follow doctor's script of breast ultrasound and insisted on performing a mammogram. Doctor specifically wrote "no mammogram allowed" on the script. NW Women's Imaging scheduling nurse is practicing medicine without a license by over riding doctors script. Do Not Go to NW Women's Imaging and go to Radiology Ltd.
