The savings this company provides is not worth it! Stay away from this business, I should have read the reviews because I was on the same boat as the other customers. Before the purchase, I called customer service to get information on leadtimes. I only went with them because they said over the phone it would be within the timeline I needed it.
The date came and went with no call from norwall.
I called them and they said I had to deal with the delivery company directly Norwalk’s customer rep said “it’s your problem, who orders a generator a week before they need it? ” I was speechless with her comment.
Turns out the generator was damaged and no one could find it at the delivery company.
Overall I have to say that this company and its employees are the absolute worst and should not be in business.
