Never been here physically, but Kevin is a close friend of mine and a very dependable, kind, and sweethearted guy. If you buy some of his art, you will not be disappointed. I can promise you that.

Kevin is one of the coolest people I've known. Love his art work too. Everything is handmade and limited numbers. Amazing art work. And just an awesome dude in general. Love going to his shop to see him and his lady, Jayda.

I met Mr Kevin Crashed last october, i was out in AZ for a show and on the last day me and my two brothers stumbled across the shop.i copped a shirt and cut it up and patched it to a pair of pants.fast forward a few months, me and my brothers had another show to come see and the first thing on the to do list was “See Kevin Crashed” and what did i do? I saw kevin crashed.sat in the shop and just talked for like a hour and a half or something, i copped another shirt cut it up and patched it on a hoodie of mine.i don’t have any other trips planned to az right now but you know when i do the first thing on my to do list is “See Kevin Crashed”

Not A Myth is the jam! Or the Stella that gets handed to you on a hot day (literally think there’s a good chance of this happening to you if you stop in), or that fave band tee you thought you lost but was just at your friends mom’s house for 10 years and has been washed and folded waiting for you- speaking of friends and family - that is how Kevin (and his rad sister Karen who helps out a lot!) will make you feel, like an old friend or part of the family. So, not only will you probably leave with some one of a kind art on a tshirt or studded up punk gear, you will feel good about it and probably have a new friend! I can’t wait to one day get a collab- customized item from Kevin! For now I’ve been wearing out my tee that he did in a special color way for me- it’s easily become a favorite. As someone who owns more Not A Myth items than I ever imagined and has had the honor of getting to know Kevin and his crew. I can happily say these items and memories are ones that I’ll keep for a lifetime. Nothing compares to Not A Myth, Kevin, and his community of creatives - you won’t be disappointed when you pop in. The only thing better than the art at Not A Myth is the artist, Kevin Ochoa. The whole experience of visiting his shop is so positive and Kevin’s work is infused with his whole heart, you can’t help but feel like you are leaving with a piece of him. I had him personalize a vintage leather bomber jacket I found on the rack in his shop- I get SO many compliments on it. It’s truly a work of art.
