Nothing Bundt Cakes, Phoenix AZ

I saw they removed my post of how I was treated by an employee named Jessie on my birthday on September 4, she had the worst customer service ever at the Goodyear location, I've been ordering cakes there for years and NEVER have i gone thru what she put me though she treated me poorly and unfair, when other customers walked they were treated with kindness and respect. It was young lady's birthday but not from Jessie, from another young lady worker. So if Jessie doesn't like her job she should find a new one. Never had I experienced givin a hard time and on my birthday really! Who does that!

I went in on Monday for my birthday the employees were rude. I asked to buy the 18 lemon cake. The girl working said they were out. So I bought 2 smaller lemon cakes. I asked if they could put extra frosting. Only for the girl to go to the back for 3 minutes and come back to say the person who does the frosting is not in. So I just let it be and bought my cakes. Well today my family and I went to cut into the second cake to find out it is not what I ordered at all. I’m very disappointed. I’ve never had this problem at any locations but this one.

I got the red velvet and confetti for a birthday gift and they were so delicious. I'm a big red velvet fan but the confetti cake was awesome! Bring a location to Maricopa!

Best Nothing Bundt Cakes in the Valley! I have been to every single one and I can tell you the owners here are incredible. They are the kindest couple and their staff is awesome. They are always extremely helpful and the bundt cakes are perfect. The store inside is adorable. The bundt cakes and bundtinis are always baked perfectly. Everything is delicious here.

I had some buntinis and went next door to cut my sons hair and the so called manager felt the need to chase me outside after and tell me i left my cupcakes in the car for 30 mins and they would be stale i will never come back for the mean workers i feel embarrassed hes the type to spit in ur food and give it to you

I made a mistake online, I would like to order a cake for pick up on 21st but I made an pick up order on 18th. I did not show up on 18th because I thought I would go there on 21, so they called me. I was surprised and double checked email, found the mistake. I went there on 19th, and put the cake in my refrigerator. On 21st, it came out still very good and tasty. Highly recommend their cake.

Came here to get a carrot cake for my mom's birthday. It was a huge hit with my family. A little pricey, but definitely worth it. The cake was perfectly mosit and the cream cheese frosting ties it all together.

Eating a piece of red velvet cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes is the closest thing to perfection on this imperfect planet. I would cross the Sonoran Desert in June for a slice of this cake.

Rocky and Sue at Nothing Bundt Cakes are the best! We use them for promotions for our Periodontal office and the cakes are ALWAYS beautiful and delicious. When offices see us coming they are so happy. These cakes make people smile and that makes me smile.

Just an awesome place! My mother bought a cake for my Birthday today, and the employee she worked with, Rocky, treated her WONDERFULLY. THanks Rocky for the help, we greatly appreciate it. The cakes are a bit pricey as cakes go, but everything is top shelf as far as ingredients, preparation and presentation.worth EVERY penny. We will be back! Please give Rocky a kudos for his wonderful help!

Wonderful gifts. Great, inviting, festive environment, but definitely too much frosting. Reduce by at least 50%. The stripes do not have to be so wide.

Today one of the representatives dropped off a cake at my dentist's office (creative Smiles) and we were lucky to get a slice to try! The chocolate chip was amazing and I bought one for Halloween and can't wait to try it. I bought a white chocolate raspberry one and it looks amazing. The icing isn't too sweet but nice and smooth/creamy mixed with moist delicious cake, you get your moneys worth!

I ordered three mini cakes-carrot cake, lemon cake, and chocolate chip cake. I tried the carrot cake and the lemon cake. The carrot cake was dry and flavorless. Or maybe the abundance of frosting overwhelmed what little flavor the cake had. The lemon cake was slightly better in terms of flavor, but it was still dry. The chocolate chip cake was underwhelming. There is too much frosting and not enough cake. With a mini cake costing $4, I was expecting much better.

Awesome treats for clients, special occassion desserts, even perfect gift for "getting out of the dog house. " I know. The Pumpkin Spice is cake is absolutely the best!

As a portly fellow, I like cake in general. But this place takes the cake (see what I did there). Variety and quality. They have great single serve cakes, but I find, if you put your mind to it, any cake is a single serve cake.
