The property is clean and quiet. Office staff are so friendly and helpful. Alexis has been amazing!

I moved in at the beginning of October and it’s my first time living on my own. Michaela helped make sure I knew everything I needed to be prepared for this new journey. She was patient, kind, informative, and even took the time to show me how to use my clicker to get into the gates. The community at NOVA has been so welcoming and I’ve had a wonderful experience. Definitely recommend!

Miguel Gonzalez is amazing he not only helped me through the entire process he was also so nice and friendly. I would definitely spread the world to all my family and friends.

Alexis is very professional and answered all the questions and concerns i have in a timely matter.

I was in town for a quick 48 hour turn around as I’ve been planning to relocate to Phoenix for work. Found this apartment online and decided to randomly stop by in the spur of the moment. I’m so glad I was greeted by Alexis who was sweet and professional. Out of all the places I had visited during my time there in Phoenix, Alexis at Nova North was the most welcoming and friendly front office staff. This is definitely top of my list for move in!

Miguel Gonzalez was so helpful and kind. He was very attentive and efficient. I’m glad I can rely on a complex with such a great maintenance team.

I just moved into the apartment yesterday.

For started my leasing agent Daisy has been extremely communicative and friendly and has promptly called me back for any and all of my questions. The other ladies in the office have also been extremely helpful and you can tell they truly care about their job and aren’t just trying to sell units.

Secondly, I had a small issue in the apartment and after letting the office know the maintenance guy Miguel was at my door within 15 minutes. Miguel was so friendly and very easy to get along with. Not only did he fix my situation he also showed me how to do myself which was very nice of him to pass on some handyman knowledge when he didn’t have to do so.

All in all, it seems that everybody working at this complex really enjoys their job and helping their tenants and I’m extremely happy that this was the apartment I chose to move to. I would highly recommend anybody to come check them out.

After 5 months of paying rent the all of a sudden lost my check charged me late fees and then the arch transaction failed and the charged me a ton of NSF fees even though the money was in my account. They looked at me like it was all my fault and posted the issues on my account for good measure. Basters I wish I could move today.

We have been here 7 months and we like it here. No intentions of moving any time soon. The office manager Gail is awesome! Their maintenance personnel are on top of things.

They move in loud disrespectful obnoxious inconsiderate tenants who make the community a complete 24/7 party place. Wouldn't recommend

Beautiful community! The office staff as well as maintenance are some of the friendliest people I’ve met. They always make sure my concerns are taken care of.

The new management team is Amazing. Specifically Daisy. She really told her time to understand what I need and she the one you can call on for help on everything.
This company is saving money on hiring her, she really care about the community and showing the true leadership here!
