I’ve been in line for over 40 minutes. No urgency to get people processed. U need a shuttle to get here from the Rental facility. Not worth it at all.

DO NOT rent from this company. I ended up paying $485 for an initial reservation of $185 because an agent lied to me, telling me i need to buy insurance. When I called customer service about this later, they said I didn't have to pay that amount, but because I signed, they won't reverse the fees.

Absolute Scam, prepaid for a SUV, got a mini van
Was supposed to get a free pre paid fuel in compensation, they charged me plus 300$ in fees even if everything was pre paid. Worst car rental company I ever used

I am very concerned that I will have extra charges applied to my final bill.

First of all, I had to wait almost 2 hours before being served. They rushed through the process and did not explain any of the costs. (It should be noted that I booked my rental through a 3rd party on-line and pre-paid prior to arriving). They upgraded my vehicle because of the wait time, but I feel like they will try to charge me for this in the end. When I tried to add my husband as a second driver, they were going to charge me an extra $10.00 per day (which she told me was discounted from $20/day!). I refused and didn't add the second driver. They tried to make me pay for extra insurance.

I did not recieve a rental agreement and was told they would email it to me.it never came. Two days later I called thier customer service and asked for my rental agreement, they said they would send it.never got it. I sent an email requesting my rental agreement.waiting to see if it arrives.

When I signed out the car, a very quick video was taken by staff and they emailed me a few snapshots. I was leary at the time, so I also took my own video which was more detailed and showed obvious damages which weren't in their video/pictures.

I will update my review after I return this car. I am anticipating some surprise charges since they get you to initial a bunch of stuff and sign an electronic document, but don't let you read it or give you a copy!

Also, they scan your driver's license and passport.and take a $500 security deposit!

The whole situation did not feel right, but you are stranded 15 minutes away from the airport in a sketchy area of town without any other options.

Omg I only gave one star coz I couldn’t give zero we were picked up by a shuttle at the airport and driven to location to pick up the car we got there and the line was all the way outside was gonna be like a 3 hour wait and we were told if we were late we would have to reserve again even though it’s not our fault that we were late our flight got delayed coz of weather so many other people were returning cars and warned us not to even bother coz when we return the car more problems DO NOT RENT HERE DONT DO IT DONT DO ITTTTTTTTT I had to take the loss take their shuttle back to the airport and rent from another company! I’ll be calling Priceline to complain

Very frustrating, waiting about 1 1/2 and I was only renting for about 5 hours, but by the time I got the car I made it home with just enough time to switch out my clothes for a different destination and then head back to return, so I only had it for about 2/12 maybe 3 hrs. They charge a $500 additional deposit which they say will be returned, so make sure you have enough to cover that, plus whatever your rental is. I had to upgrade because other members of my family's flights were cancelled due to weather, so it was another 30 or 70 dollars to do that (not their fault). It's about 10 minutes from the airport, so you have to go towards the rental area at the airport and then follow the signs down to an outdoor area to wait for a shuttle to come get you and take you to the location. The only positive thing I have to say is our shuttle driver, Garfield, was so friendly and fun. We had him pick up and for drop off. Otherwise, don't bother.

Checking out the car was a long process and deposit was hefty! The shuttle driver Garfield was very friendly!

Not on the airport property. Prepare to wait at the shuttle and wait longer in line at the location! Never had such slow service!

Everything has been made harder for me because I'm walking on healing ankles. This place is NOT on site at the airport. It was a long walk to the shuttle (no charge).
The very full bus was all in line at the same time, so it was a long wait there also. The girl there was very nice and patient we felt bad for her being so sick. The kid that drove our car around to us couldn't speak English so he'd hand me his phone for a translation app. At least that's what I thought he said. These cars are new, ours isn't. We needed help with the "keyless" car he wasn't much help.
Drop off was a bit confusing which lane we were supposed to be in. But other than that it was easy.
The area is a bit sketchy so next time we'll drop off earlier.

Horrible experience. They advertise online a cheap car rental but then charge extra hundreds once you check in. The location is not at the airport, they shuttle you offsite. Check in line is always out the door. The only reason why this happens and why they still have business is because they’re scamming online

Prepaid for the car and ended up with double the charge for a whole bunch of fees and insurance which I declined but they charged me for anyways. Called to figure out what happened and they told me too bad.

For as busy as this place is. You think they would get some more people to work in the office.

AVOID! Deceptive billing practices.

This business it NOT at the airport. Once you take the airport shuttle to the airport rental car center, you then have to take a second van shuttle to this business, which is in a very seedy neighborhood.

I was told that I had to pay a mandatory $31/day insurance add-on unless I could produce my entire personal auto policy showing a random clause. Who has that handy? No one. When I questioned the employee about it, he explained that it's a "state law" that they are required to charge the fee "in case my car is stolen and driven into Mexico. " What?

I asked why I was never required to pay this fee at the airport rentals, and he said that they are "protected" from this regulation. Who knows if this is actually true. But, because no renter has a written copy of their entire personal insurance policy, you're required to pay it.

This takes Nu from being the cheapest rental option (per Kayak), to the MOST expensive rental option per day. I felt bamboozled. Additionally, as I mentioned earlier, this business is on basically the Skid Row of Phoenix. If you try to get gas before returning you car at any of the nearby gas stations, you will be approached by shady people. Not safe.

Terrible place! We thought it was a good deal when I paid it as I booked. Then we got there and they insisted we buy insurance even though we had a copy of our own insurance. By the time we paid all the fees we paid more for fees than for the rental. Then when we left they added an extra $300 for a deposit that we are supposed to get back. Terrifying experience

Gave me a car with 10% oil life for a 9 day rental and another time for a 5 day rental. Then made me exchange the car at their location rather than bringing one to me because I didn't buy their road side assistance. I have a bad taste for this place now. Not recommended.

Huge wait. Had to shuttle from the airport which took 30total mins. Huge scam. They made me put a $1500 deposit to waive even their worse insurance

Had a decent experience. Pretty quick and painless. Place is a bit fat from airport in what seemed to be a sketchy area. Was pleased with it. Car smelled very much like Marijuana though.
