It was a great experience. I got an appointment when I needed it. The doctor and staff were great.

My wife and I have been going to this office for 4 years. We have always gotten professional and friendly treatment from the entire staff.

I am so grateful to the amazing people at this office, who VERY kindly helped me with a contact lens replacement while I was on vacation. They were friendly, professional, fast and responsive, and they helped save my holiday:) Best wishes to you all, and thank you again for your kindness!

Visited this location multiple times for my daughter.well equipped office, very friendly and caring staff. Dr is very thoroughgoing, listens to you carefully, answers all your questions. You can make your prescription glasses there itself.

Excellent customer service. Ray is always so helpful. Also, I’d like to note that the new doc is fantastic! I’ve had issues with getting the right prescription since needing bifocals. She made just the right adjustments for optimal comfort and vision.

Been going to Excel Vision for years. Great staff all around. I’ve tried others that only mess something up. They have the knowledge and technology to get it right. Highly recommended.

Excel Vision has always been great to me! I needed an appointment today for an eye infection - they got me in right away and the staff was amazing (as always)! Dr. Bilunas was very caring and made sure I left with everything I needed and good instructions for how to take care of my eye. I go here for all my eye needs and would recommend to anyone!

My husband’s experience has been top notch! Caring, competent and professional. He never seems to have to wait more than 5 minutes. Staff and doctors very friendly and always courteous!

Had a great appt today. The dr was sweet and candid. Answered all my questions. The two ladies at the front desk were professional and personable and that was massively appreciated. Last week I finally had the pleasure of meeting all the new faces at Excel Vision. While I miss Dr Bass and was hesitant to look for a new eye doctor (Dr Bass is a hard one to follow) I am glad I came to give the new staff a try. Everyone is very knowelageable, sweet, patient and really know what they are doing. From Macayla, Codah, Ray, Dr. Wooten and Dr. Bilunas. What a fantastic team! I look forward to seeing all of them next year!

Since Dr. Gail Bass had left the practice things have really gone downhill.
I met with the optician “Ray” two weeks ago and was given a quote of ‘just under’ $1800 for my Rx glasses.
Ray also was holding a pair of aviators for me. I could not have been more excited to complete my order today.
Unfortunately, not only was my Aviator’s no longer being held for me, (oh well, was the reason given) but I was told the total price went up 75%!
What a waste of time.
Unethical facility with very poor customer service. I Do Not Recommend!

The staff at Excel were all very friendly and helpful, from the techs to the doctor. They took the extra time to answer all of my questions and walk me through the next steps for my cataract surgery. They truly set my mind at ease.
