The two gentlemen working today were extremely professional and I didn't have to bring up my medical condition that as of late has been getting me refusal of service in many stores.

Bought a pair of sunglasses as a gift, they literally never left the case they came in had them a total of three days, due to a long story I didn't gift them, tried to get a refund. The woman took them out, put her finger ON THE LENSE wiped them off and then told me they were scratched and wouldnt refund me. I've bought three pairs of Oakleys, will likely be my last. Disappointing.

Bryan was amazing and very patient! My husband and just popped in to ask about fixing my broken Oakley's and he referred us to the 800 number to check and see if they were fixable and then very patiently waited as my hubby preceded to try on almost every pair of sunglasses they carried and described the differences in frames and lenses and even the price difference. He also cleaned both of our glasses even though the ones I had on at the time weren't even Oakley's! He wasn't pressuring us in any way which was nice and very much appreciated as well. He was also able to multi task very well and helped out the other employee who was helping other customers. He recommended quite a few pairs that he himself had bought and understood the longterm changes they made! Overall a pretty great experience!

Oakley has long been my brand of choice. I wear their glasses, sunglasses, shirts and more. That's good to come and check out the newest styles. Little disappointed in not finding what I wanted, but.it gives me a reason to go back.
I have been there 3 times. Each time, they were very helpful. The last time, I needed warranty replacement and they were great. I quickly got a replacement with no hassles.
This store specifically has gone above my expectations. The workers are nice and helpful, but they aren't up my a** annoying me either.
I needed to make an exchange today and the dude who helped me was awesome, went over ALL the color options with me and made the exchange so simple. 100% reccomend this store
No one greeted me or spoke to me for the first five minutes I was in the store. There was maybe only one other customer and at least 3-4 employees at the time I walked in which was just before 6pm on a Saturday.
Went out of their way to repair my old work glasses. Knocked a star off due to ghetto music playing loudly in the store.
