Terrible service front desk person was on the phone and didn’t check me in until like 5 people passed

This really is one of the best if not the best dispensary in Arizona. I always have a great experience with all the employees, they're so helpful and knowledgeable. And I love the sales they have, the regular price of products is not bad either. And the selection of products is nice

My best dispensary experiences have been at Oasis locations, but I have a special appreciation for the friendly and cheerful staff at Oasis South. You can always count on being greeted with a smile at the front desk, and a helpful budtender at the counter; I'm always walking out with a smile! I haven't shopped at another dispensary in years. High quality products and customer service: 10/10

I placed an order for a bogo. The next day they cancel it. Then they say sorry we cant give you the bogo. Had they canceled it right away I would of been able to do it. They are rude and just there for a pay check.

I find the points program to be rather insulting, infuriating, disappointing and lacking. You have to spend $1000 to get to get what used to coat $20.

Came into the South Candler location tonight. We had the best/most knowledgeable Bud Tenter I’ve had in a long time. Ask for Marissa Simon. She has a very happy, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable attitude. Definitely worth the visit if you want great service, knowdge and customer service.

If you’re a medical patient, this is not the place to go. They barely carry any edibles stronger than 100mg and they are always out of stock of everything. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 10 minutes to ZenLeaf.

Ac out in a building holding edibles. Internet goes down and no manger in sight just employees angrily letting customers know they have no idea when the internet will come back up. At least have a manager available in a crisis like this like how is this place ran? Poorly. No ac no bathroom long wait and no management. Skip this place if you don’t wanna waste 2 hours

Bait and switch bs. I called ahead and asked if there are any restrictions on their 30% first time customer discount. They said no, no restrictions. I placed an order online with a note saying I was planning to use the discount, and when they texted me to say it was ready they still didn't mention any issues with that.
It was only after I wasted my time driving there and waiting way too long in their lobby, that they told me I couldn't apply the discount to the particular items I ordered. Ridiculous!

Also, their "express pickup window" is closed every time I go there, and it's always a long wait even with a pre-order. I've had to leave after checking in because the wait was so long.

This is the Worst location out of all of the Oasis dispensaries! Funny how the north location can accommodate my online orders and takes express orders before walk ins but this location makes you feel like your bothering them if you ask any little thing! This has the nicest budtenders. Services are the best. They always have your best intentions at heart. They make you feel welcomed. Prices are great. Affordable. This is my favorite dispensery! LOVE OASIS!

This place was my go too 4 years ago. I've gradually taken my business elsewhere and would normally come here if I had too but now this last week was the final straw. I am customer who utalizes the online ordering process regularly. They haven't really ever done a great job keeping that menu updated but when I go to oasis main site or liefly and both menus are completely blank with no options for anything, I was done. There is a very obvious change in management because the flow and order of this establishment has gone south

My husband and I have been coming here for a while now, and we’ve had great service and quality flower. The last few months were hit and miss with the quality and sometimes the bud tenders, but I have to say I noticed that they are working on the service and have had some great help the last few weeks and the flower was better. I’m hoping they keep improving and will continue to shop here! Thank you Oasis for being conveniently close by and the points help a lot when we get free flower!
