Oasis Air Conditioning & Heating just installed a new system for my rental unit at the Ice House Lofts in Tucson and did a great job, from start to finish! This installation was complex, requiring a crane to access the roof, then clever workmanship to get everything to fit properly inside a small utility area inside a closet. A highly skilled (and very polite) team of HVAC professionals from Oasis showed up on time, worked quickly & carefully, cleaned their work areas, and made sure I was comfortable operating the system before leaving. As you can imagine, anything requiring a crane is going to be expensive but Oasis delivered the best value without sacrificing quality or service. If you need to repair or replace your HVAC, give Oasis a call - David & Roberta and the team are terrific to work with!

Oasis's Will and Manny did a fantastic job replacing my electric water heater on November 7,2023. They were extremely polite throughout the entire process! They drained the old heater, inserted the new heater, and installed a new electric call-out switch which is now required by Arizona. Throughout the entire process, they were respectful and professional and made me feel confidant that they were doing the job well. They had to move my existing washing machine to get the heater into the space, and put it right back. Then they cleaned the area so that everything is the way as it should be. Thank you so very such for such as job well done. I recommend Oasis for all your AC/HVC and other needs Green Valley! (Oh by the way, I also had a new AC/HVC installed few months ago - they did a fantastic job on that too!) Prior to that, I was a short-term regular customer of Oasis, but now I totally recommend that others sign-up for their regular systems' checks!

Oasis installed new HAVC in my 1959 home last week. Excellent experience from the time I received the initial assessment and estimate through the installation. They arrived on time and finished the job in one day. Very professional - I would definitely recommend Oasis!

I was concerned because my home was smelling a little musty. We set up an appointment for duct cleaning and we did not have to wait too long for the service. My family and I had a great experience with the work and techs that came into our home to conduct air quality reading and air duct cleaning. They are professional and very organized!
Now hour home smells clean and the AC seems colder.

Dave came with all his special equipment and cleaned our ducts then the next day did the areoseal to our duct system. The grafts showed quite a reduction of air lose when completed. Great job Dave

From initially working with Brandy to spec a new Trane XL-15 gas-pack for my home, to the installation a week later (thank you) the staff at Oasis was friendly, professional, courteous & respectful. The crews cleaned all ducts and sealed them using a patented product, Aeroseal. They left the house as clean and "tidy" as they found it. Thank you Oasis!

The service tech (David) was very knowledgeable and professional. He arrived at my home and within a short time they diagnose the problem and fix it at a very reasonable cost. Some places will take advantage of you, but these people will do you, right I highly recommend you use them. They made a very stressful situation very easy.

Terrible experience. AC would not go below 79/80. I called oasis for a visit. Was told AC was fine and only adjustment was to stop the schedule on the thermostat and let the AC run. Had same issue for a week. I called again to advise nothing helped and they were going to charge me another fee to visit. I said if it was same issue I should not pay. They advised they would go to house and call when they were on way. Never called me at all. Terrible company who does not stand by their work.
