I had several ENT needs that have been accomplished. Hearing aids. Since memory loss runs in my family, I decided to act sooner than later. If your unfamiliar with hearing loss and memory loss, I would suggest you follow-up with you DR. Roger was great at testing and advising on my different choices of aids. NO pressure to upsell which I appreciated.

Do yourself a favor and find a different ENT I recommend adobe ent. Every appt I’ve ever had the wait times are so long, even an hour past before. They’re unorganized, after you’re done if you need to schedule again there’s either no one up front or they can’t help you if they are. I did a whole procedure and it didn’t even need to be done it wasn’t even the cause of what was wrong. Ridiculous!

The list goes on and on. The dr is good in the sense of he seems to care and do a good job but it doesn’t make up for the fact that your time is not valued and it’s so chaotically unorganized. My whole family is switching.

So glad my Primary refered me to this facility.
The staff and Drs were absolutely amazing and thorough. I was impressed with the fact they showed me and explained everything. I highly recommend Oasis ENT.

Warm receptionist, competent assistant, knowledgeable physician. Each explained her/his role in the procedure. I felt like they were there to promote the best possible care for my sinus procedure.

Very professional staff. Pleasant and helpful. They take time to listen to you. After 60 years of mouth breathing and snoring I can breathe after the procedure. So pleased.

My son is a patient here, we had him seen for snoring and allergy testing. So far has been a good experience, everyone is very friendly and even gave my kiddo a toy after the visit!

I had an in office sinus procedure done. They were very professional and the appointment was on time. Very clean. Dr Smedley made me very comfortable walking me through the steps as he preformed the procedure.

I cannot say enough good things about this office. I am not someone who frequents Drs offices but, the genuine care and compassion that I received from Dr. Osborne and his staff was amazing. I had procedure in office that I was scared to death about, and I was treated like FAMILY, and was never made to feel bad for being sick. Special shout out to Maria and Miranda. I felt very welcomed from when I walked in, to when I left. I feel that the staff and the providers in this office have empathy and truly care about their patients. Thank you again Dr. Osborne for helping me.:)

This is a place that discriminates against disabled people!

If u want a decent treatment and specially if you are disabled this is not the place to go they had me go from one place to another "new building" they just bought and after i had to take the new walk with oxygen in hand a purse and my cane they took the time to take pictures of my insurance and IDs and after a nurse came to cancell my appointment saying that they had a new patient and they can't help me and to re schedule. I will keep my eyes open to see if they charge the insurance for a visit not received and will follow up but i can't give them 0 stars so they can have the minimum 1 "people with disabilities this is not a good fit". They don't respect the patients

I'm very impressed with Oasis ENT in Surprise! Each visit has been on time, cordial pre staff and felt I was in the best care with the PAs & Dr's. Highly recommend.

Staff and medical personal are top notch. I knew exactly what to expect and how to heal after. Very friendly and caring from start to finish.
