I was always informed of everything that was happening from start to finish, and any questions that I had they would promptly answer. This is the second time I have had to use them and I wouldn't go anywhere else. On 03/03/2020 after more then a year of changing casemanagers and with never as much as a hand shack nor greeting from mr. Pekas. The front desk Sarah answers the phone on Speaker shooting at her best being so unprofessional as anyone. I could not want this receptionist handling my social security disability case or working in my law firm.

Ms. Sarah stated that mr. Pekas has other clients and that I was not his only case. He does not need to speak with me or meet me until he's ready to get paid.

Her tone and racial over-tone brought tears to my eyes.

Never would I have believed it if I'd not been there listening to her my self along with a friend.

We have trouble I immediately felt.

My friend and I just could only stair at each other with disappointment, knowing that this was the law firm that's looking out for my best interest.

At some point we arrived to the obvious alternative which was they do not want my business and rather deal with curcasion only at mr.pekas office.

As to the matter of finding a skilled and qualified attorney to represent me in front of a judge of our court system, I was told by Joann a case manager of pekas she said please pick your medical records up in a box at the security desk in the lobby.

Wow how did we get to don't bother setting foot in our office black person. If anyone was kinder and polite to everyone in question was the Consumer in this case unfortunately that would be me.

Here's what I want to accomplish throughout all of this humiliating experience is to bring awareness of ober pekas and his staff to all human beings seeking legal assistance and professional representation not to be mistreated like I was by attorney ober pekas ever again.

If you have a criminal background they won’t help you with disability. Most people commit crimes for money because they are denied help by our elected officials. What’s does one’s disability have to do with their pass? Idk just FYI before you answer a thousand questions

The lady at the end before you get your social security. Takes advantage of retards and tells them they need to put off their check and appeal for more money.

This is the best lawyer I've ever had they took my case. No money down I was on my third appeal. I got approved 6 months after I hired them.

Not only that they're allowed to take $6000 out of the settlement no more but they sent me back $4,000 out of that $6000 so I only had to pay them $2000 excellent.

I will not be recommending anyone to this law firm. Only spoke with Mr. Pekas once, and that was at the hearing. When I would call I just got to speak with an assistant never the lawyer. Awful to work with.

Dropped me for no reason, they won't work for you if you aren't going to get ssi/ssdi TOMORROW.
