Very nice staff that are knowledgeable and get you through the process quickly and comfortably. It's nice not having to make appointments weeks in advance. The place is nice and clean. A+

The center is always clean! The staff are always friendly and helpful! And most of the time the sticks going in is compared to a knife going through butter!

When money got tight after I had some unexpected medical debt I remembered what I did in the 90s to make ends meet and sought out a plasma donation center. The other center in the area never had openings, but this one did. The first visit will take you 3 hours or so, but afterward you'll be out in about 45 minutes after you get in the chair. How long it takes to get in the chair varies depending on how many people are in line; show up before they open or an off time and the wait isn't bad. They run this place very efficiently and you get paid on a visa debit card and can use it most anywhere. The extra $500+ a month allows me to still take my girls out on the weekends and makes my life stress a little less.
Octapharma recently lowered how much they pay plasma donor saying it's now based on how much plasma you donate and other factors. The result is $5/visit less than it used to be. If they lowered it again, I would switch to another plasma donation company.

I sort of don’t want to give this review because I won’t want people to find out about this gem. They are so fast here. Takes 1/3 of the time than what other donation places take! They are friendly, I don’t know why but I also see less people basically crashing after donations. Not sure if that has to do with their machines or just luck. Either way, they don’t pay as much as other places but time is money so it’s worth it to me to still come here.

The staff is very helpful and friendly and also professional. I recommend this place to everyone i know. It a nice way to donate plasma and make so extra money

They promise to pay me $75 as per the app I answer qualifying questions on. They use this app as a daily thing to get in the store. And they only pay me $35 when I'm done and now on the app it shows up only going to be getting $35 every time I go in they ripped me off for 40 bucks

Brooke is amazing, she is so caring and is great with donors! Steve is excellent as well! Both are super talented phlebotomists and are great at getting my super difficult veins on the first attempt.
The waits can be long sometimes but it is to be expected for a walk in only business.

The money they offer you is almost offensive. Especially when you know “bio life” pays more and actually stick to their payment plans! It’s unacceptable the way Octapharma randomly continues to change their payment plans with the lowest payment now being 45! And you have to donate 3xs just to raise the bar $10 more. I’ve gone here for a couple of years and I’ve watched them change that payment plan at the least 3 times! & At this point I am highly disappointed. They work extremely slow in the front and out of 5 booths there is only ever 2 employees the most checking ppl in. Simply standing in that long line being able to see why they are so backed up becomes so frustrating that your temperature goes up and now you can’t even donate! Please bring payment plans back up to $100 and not just for new donors. Octapharma’s highest pay is now $60 after you have donated 4xs from the $55 payment tier! And you can’t even take $60 out! $50 is what you’ll truly get. What a huge rip off!

Octapharma continues to lower their donor fees. Was $700 per month when I started, after this most recent reduction it's now down to $480 per month. Corporate greed much.

A very good donation. The initial testers were very friendly. Mathew was very talkative and kind. Valeria stuck me, it was very comfortable and well done.

Just stated donating here its professional, clean, friendly, and theres never really long lines like in other places. The donor floor technician Lisa is amazing and sweet. I recommend new donor to this place they are very informative and try to get you in and out as soon as possible.

Nice people, clean place and on most days I'm out of there in about One and Half hours.
